Great pillow! I got the high version and I’m glad it did because it sinks a lot and stops right where I need it. It DOES stay cool, it’s not exactly cool to the touch it’s more like a consistent neutral temperature. Honestly it’s a crazy expensive pillow but I feel like it’s 100% worth the money you just need to know what you’re buying. Not sure what happened to tempur pedic, but these pillows are not as comfy as they use to be. The king pillow had a loose pillow case, The pillow itself my head sunk right through it and it was not how they claimed. I've had tempur pedic pillows in the past and know how they are. This is not it.

The pillow does indeed feel cool when my hand touches it and when my head plops down for the night. However, awhile after going to sleep, the pillow forms an indentation for my head and my head no longer feels cool. I find myself turning to my other side (I'm a side sleeper) and my head is again cool. It takes a few days to get used to the new pillow, but as I adapt to it, it is fine. I generally turn over and/or scoot over several times a night. The spot where my head laid made an indention, but it quickly returns to original shape once I move my head. Most of my turning and shifting is caused by the rest of my body being warmer than I like. Would I buy it again? I think I would. ... show more

I have had this for over a year now. Works tremendously well. It is a very big and heavy pillow, but if that is what you want, that is what you will get. Some people are saying it doesn't "Cool" -- well it doesn't have a cooling fan in it, lol. It is a naturally colder pillow. If your house is 75 degrees, it probably wont be that cold. It is the material under the outer case that feels "cold." Also - if you wanted a more "firm" pillow, this is not it.     • Comfortable and stays cool but...

This pillow cools great! I've actually had two of these pillows, one firm and one medium, and both cooled amazingly well. If you get the right height for your sleeping style they're also very comfortable. However, you might be asking why I've had two and therein lies the problem. This pillow seems to be built in layers and isn't designed to be folded or flexed at any sort of extreme angle. So if you're the type of person to fold them, or you even once "kink" the pillow to get a little extra support, you're very likely to "rupture" the gel layer inside. Once that happens the pillow starts to develop hard lumps and you can actually hear the gel inside the pillow sticking to itself when you lay on it. Now, if you're easy on pillows and just let them lay flat that's not a problem at all, but if you ever developed the habit of adjusting the pillow to get varying support for different positions or to change your head elevation when you have a head cold (as I apparently have) you could find yourself ruining a relatively expensive pillow in your sleep. To be clear, it's not really a problem with the product, but given the price it's definitely something you should be aware of before purchasing it. I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews I love my pillow. I'm a side sleeper and a really hot sleeper so I regularly wake up with sweat on my face and I've always had to have like one and half pillows one regular pillow and one flat pillow because I've never had one pillow that worked for me. At least until I found this pillow this is the only pillow I've found that is actually a cooling pillow and keeps it's cooling for most of the night. This is the first time in my life that I can go through the whole night without waking up hot and sweaty and the first time that I wake up in the morning without a neck ache or a headache. For me this is truly a miracle pillow! The only real downside is the price it's a great pillow but I don't care how great it is no pillow is worth $200! Luckily they go on sale often and if you are a savvy enough shopper you can find one for around $90-$100. The only other small thing and it's really minor is I think that it's just a tad too firm but not enough for it to be a deal breaker. One of the many pillows I tested was the TEMPUR-ProForm + Cooling ProHi Pillow that pillow was just the right amount of support but despite its name it wasn't a cooling pillow but luckily I found this one and overall it's a truly wonderful pillow and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who sleeps hot or has a hard time finding just one pillow with enough support. ... show more
