I needed a watch as a teacher for teacher things. I was told by everyone under the sun that Apple watches are the way to go no matter which one ya get. I have an Apple phone so I wasn't too skeptical. Well, I decided to be frugal and get a series 5 as my first watch ever and I can say I do not like it. It flat won't charge. I waited hours for it on the charger and it lost battery life. Due to being so low, I couldn't get it to set up or pair appropriately with my phone. I didn't even get a chance to use it. I tried to power it down using the side button and prompt flashed on the screen but I couldn't drag it to turn it off. That's not even the worst part. I have to pay to send it back for me to get my money back. Honestly, it's a mess and I recommend it to no one. Just go to att if you absolutely have to and drop the grand or so on getting the newest watch with all the bells and whistles with customer service and support. I'm usually not one to get upset about online shopping. If I buy a shirt and it's not what I had hoped for I just give it away. But this was an important purchase in my world and I'm just flat dissatisfied. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The watch came in a box with a generic charger and white band as stated in product information. It has a few scratches but it’s not obvious unless you hold up the watch face to the light. It’s the first day of usage for me and I think the battery life is poor. I fully charged it before pairing it with my phone and by the end of pairing, it was at 82%. I fully charged it before going to bed but I didn’t power off the watch. Heading out at noon today and put on the watch and it’s showing 40% battery. Not pleased about that. ... show more

I love my watch , even though it’s hard thing to find a band for it but over all I love it and I’ve had for almost a year now and so it’s still working just fine !

I have had this watch for a week. This watch came without any blemishes. It charged right up to 100% battery. I use it to track my four mile walk each day. I am able to wear it all day and at night the battery is still about 25%. This was an excellent purchase.
