I've had almost constant sciatic pain for two months from a lumbar vertebra having moved forward over the one below it. This belt not only pushed it back up enough for the pain to stop but, when I took it off in the evening to take a shower, I felt no sciatic pain return. So, this morning, I didn't put it on. It's 6:48 PM and still no sciatic pain!!! Fantastic! I'm elated. I'm looking forward to seeing how long this lasts before I need to put it back on, as an experiment. Wonderful!!! Update: it's the second day and still no sciatic pain. Will continue the experiment to see how long it lasts. Since some others haven't had this benefit, I suspect it depends on what the reason for the pain is. In my case, using it definitely moved what was wrong back in place enough to relieve the pain. I'd give it 10 stars, if I could! Update: yesterday, about noon, I felt the first sciatic pain down my leg = 3½ days of not wearing the belt. Put it on and wore it the rest of the day = no pain this morning. Will continue the experiment of not wearing it. However, I’ll cease reporting updates. Folks, I hope this works as well for everyone as it is working for me!

I wore this belt as directed but it never helped my back pain. Kept thinking it would take time to help but it never was effective. Waste of money & I wish I sent it back! The company did reach out to me & gave me a refund for the device. They did not request that I return the device. I gave the device to a friend who is trying it. The company is very reputable & professional. I thank them for their prompt resolution to the matter when they found out I was unhappy with the product.

I ordered this belt because it promised to do decompression relief which I felt I needed. When I got it I found that the short velcro extension which came with it did not stick and the belt would not stay in place. I have a 46 inch waist and the belt kept popping off making it unable to stick while I inflated it for the decompression. I have returned it and I will not reorder it.

I don't want to say this healed my bulging disc... But this healed my bulging disc!!! After years of physical therapy, decompression, stretching, changing diet and sleep positions... Nothing ever made any difference. Bulging disc pain (verified with MRI) was not terrible for me, but it just never stopped. Never. I started wearing this in the car on drives over 10 minutes... And after the second or third drive (a two hour drive), I couldn't feel the disc bulge anymore... I was cautious and skeptical... But it never came back!!! I'm now two months pain free. I pray this works for you as it did for me. I am amazed and still in shock!
