First off let me say that I've used this product in different forms and from different vendors. I had never seen them offered with actual teeth replacements. I've been using them for more time than should be used because I can't afford dental insurance. But I digress, the quality and quantity of this product was very good value for the money. As far as the teeth that you are supposed to be able to actually anchor in with the plastic beads.. unless I guess that you are very skilled in dentistry or impossible for me to navigate or utilize. Maybe if you are younger and have more patience it would be spot on wonderful for you. Don't get me wrong it was wonderful for me as well seeing I'm missing a tooth in the front I just use the beads to fill in the spot which gives me confidence. So all I know it's a great product just .. I guess the teeth just didn't work me. ... show more

The temporary teeth are so small that they are more suited for a child's mouth than an adult's. The glue-like beads don't form properly or stick very effectively. Without falling off, and the mold's shade isn't even as white as a person's real teeth. If the teeth properly molded to the temporary ones and matched the natural color of human teeth. Considering the product should have included glue for attaching to the person's gums, it would not even matter. The company did not provide all the necessary supplies or excellent supplies to create teeth that appeared alike. ... show more

    • Wouldn't use for actual repair
Tl;dr I wouldn't use this for actual tooth repair unless I had no other choice. Anyone into crafting will recognize the thermoplastic beads they've included in this kit, and frankly I was surprised. I'd previously used them in cosplay and building props, as you toss them in boiling water, wait for them to soften, and then have some time to mold them into a shape. Not sure how the teeth are supposed to stick in your mouth, as the plastic isn't going to adhere to your gums without some kind of dental adhesive. The teeth it came with are fine for me, but they're on the small side. Also not sure if they'd hold up to scrutiny (not that people should be judging you for having a false/temporary tooth, but if you're self-conscious about that sort of thing, it's worth mentioning). ... show more

Broken or bug drilled tooth. Not able to get into a Dentist today or tomorrow...This is hope in a bag. I bought this to fill in a hole in a tooth were the heroic filling fell out until I can raise the thousands for a crown. A small piece of the heat melt filler and presto food is not getting stuck in the hole and I can bide my time on the crown. The kit has some tooth covers and it is possible that a visual defect can be covered temporarily but I did not use them for my molar. ... show more

    • Not very inclusive instructions, regarding placing between existing crowns.
My first impression is that this set of teeth are small, relative to the order in your mouth. I am missing an upper molar... probably the width size of the front or incisor rovided... can I use those farther back in my mouth? Probably, but then they are longer than the molars. I did read thru the instructions, and I did understand them, pretty much, but the photo example diagram quality is pretty useless. I have an additional need... I have partial dentures on top and one of the crowns fell off, and the tooth under it has since broke to the gumline. There is a space in my partial, but I can not figure out how to correctly place this product so that I can still use my partial, or so that this material doesn't stick to the surrounding crowns, and perhaps pull them off as well. The instructions do not say anything about sticking to crown material, and whether this can or can not be used. I am sure in the right mouth, with the right size teeth this may provide for a good temporary fix. I have a couple missing teeth on the bottom, no partial, so maybe I can try on these instead... however, there are crowns on either side of these too. The only other thing is that the first page of instructions show placing all the teeth into a mold, placed into your mouth... that mold part is not shipped with this kit, and I don't think it has anything to do with replacing a single crown. This is a product I can not take seriously because no way would I ever use this is my mouth. I did order it to use to repair a model of a skull I have with missing teeth. What you get here is a tiny package that contains a tiny bottle of beads that can be softened in hot water and molded into a tooth or really anything at all, plus another little bag with more beads and some plastic things already shaped into flat-ish teeth. The entire instructions, very poorly done, are on a tiny piece of paper I have taken a picture of. Note that it says to soften in 90 degree water but does not specify Fahrenheit or celsius. I eventually found it must be 90 degree celsius because it would not turn clear as instructed in anything of a lower temperature, and 90 degree celsius is like 194 degree Fahrenheit. After that it was easy to mold and gives you at least a few minutes to mold it. What it doesn't mention at all is how you are suppose to get this to stay in your mouth. It does not just stick. Do you glue it and if so what glue do you use ? No glue comes with it . And what are those pre-formed teeth for ? They didn't seem to soften in the hot water. I would be afraid to use this in my mouth, afraid I'd swallow it and when it hardens , it's hard plastic hard, not as hard as a human tooth. Using this to repair small plastic objects it's actually a fascinating little product, but as it's intended it's just bizarre. The instructions are awful. ... show more
