Purchased April 2025, So ive had this case for quite awhile. I was looking for waterproof, slim and sturdy, would work with fingerprint. I will start by saying I half read the instructions... so I touched the fingerprint spot on the inside.. DONT DO THAT..lol it took some work but I got it to work.. I had to update my fingerprint quite a bit but that again, was my fault. Look, I keep my phone in my pocket or far away from the sink but im clumsy. Its been almost a year and I dont have a Crack, a malfunction or anything that I can seen on my phone from the outside of the case. Ive ever ran it under water to clean it (Make sure you close the speaker hole). Im almost positive if i take this case off my phone would look like the day I took it out the box. 4 stars??? Well the screen scratches very easily, when I do have a popsicle the flap for the stylus opens every time and its been almost a year and ive been waiting to buy a new case in RED or RED OUTLINE to properly install and not have to fight with my fingerprint reader (due to my not following instructions). ... show more

I love this cases. Protects my phone all around. Good quality material. Only bad part. The fingerprint sticker instructions aren't very clear when replacing, and you have to have the sticker on order for the biometrics to work.

What can I say other than this case fits perfectly on my new galaxy S26 ultra!! It is a little hard to get on at first but if you just keep working it the way the instructions say you will get it. Once it's on, it is exactly what they claim. It is basically completely water proof, the way it's constructed is amazing!! There are, for a lack of a better term, rubber boots or covers that fill in the area where your charger goes into the phone that makes it water tight. There is even a little orange rubber piece that you can open or close to make it easier for people to hear you in a call. That was the only issue I had, wife said it was hard to hear me so I looked at the phone and figured that part out, one direction it's water tight, the other side it's open and easy to hear ... show more

    • Nice in theory but had downfalls
The case itself was a nice idea. I didn't have trouble with the fingerprint. I liked how it looked and was fairly easy to get in. There were like 4 papers all instructing me to do something different so that was confusing. I liked the idea that it was waterproof, even though I was never going to test it out. I also like that it came with the lens cover. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the case muffled the audio. No one noticed it on the receiving side, but I could hear it on calls. Even just the phone audio to watch videos was muffled. I had to turn the volume up to the max to hear and even then didnt sound clear. The cade was also not sealed to the front screen when it came to the edges. So if i wanted to tap on something that was on the top left, I couldn't. It wouldn't 'sense' my touch. These two things was enough for me to go with a different case. ... show more
