Item is skin-tight. I would say it runs small. I am a true women's XL, but these fit me very snuggly. Great for being worn underneath something else, but definitely would not be comfortable wearing the shirt on its own without ordering a bigger size. I also ordered with 2 day shipping and it took over a week to get to me. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.
