The good thing it's that it recognized automatically

I bought this back in January and they worked pretty well for a while, but back in June the yellow cart went defective. The printer (Epson XP 4105) suddenly started throwing an error stating that the yellow cartridge was not being recognized. I barely use my printer and there was still plenty of ink. There was in fact more ink in the yellow than in the other 3 carts, but it wasn't an empty cart message, but that the printer was not recognizing it. Since the printer was recognizing the other 3 I called Epson thinking it was the printer. They informed me that in order to replace the printer I would first have to buy an Epson brand cart and try it. I did so, reluctantly, because the other 3 carts that came with this one were working just fine, but as soon as I inserted the Epson cart it began working again. These are a bit of a gamble, and for what, because you're really not saving that much over Epson branded carts.

I received the initial shipment quickly. I had an issue with the black cartridge printing, all others worked. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement cartridge immediately. Good customer service.

I have a late model Epson 4100 series printer. It is a great product and runs like a champ. The only problem is that it is hard to get ink for it now. Problem solved! This ink set is both reasonable and works fairly well, well worth the money. One caution, you might need to clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges. Occasionally, I get an error code when inserting these, non-OEM cartridges. Generally, taking a clean (that is key actually) eraser and gently rubbing the contacts on the cartridge to clean them does the trick. Sometimes, that does not work either, but this is the best source for ink at this point for a reasonable price.

Well originally I gave this product a good review. But as I replace the cartridges the other day the printer no longer recognizes them because they are not absent print cartridges. So I have been able to use my printer for about four days and had to buy Epson ink cartridges today. Trying to save a couple pennies really made a mess. So beware
