They stick well to the teeth which is one of the faults of other teeth whitening strips. These strips actually stick to your teeth while talking which is what makes these so special. The whitening also works and I noticed that it wasn’t too strong to the point where it would cause some discoloration on the enamel (other strips would whiten my teeth but would make it so that the tips would be more white than the rest of my tooth). The strips are easy to apply, they stick well and don’t slide around. Taste is not too strong, and they don’t make my teeth too sensitive like some other brands I tried before. I’ll admit I didn’t use them right away (ordered in Nov 25 - 6 mos ago). I’ve opened 3 treatment packets and there is no adhesive. Totally useless for me.
