So I'm gonna be honest — I bought this partly because the packaging looked so clean and sleek on the box. You know when you open something and it just feels legit? That was this. Everything came nicely organized, and I was like, okay, this might actually be good. The kit comes with a blue light tray, and it's super straightforward to use. You use about 0.5ml of gel each time — just squeeze it onto the tray, pop it in, and chill for 15 to 30 minutes. I usually do it while I'm making breakfast or scrolling on my phone, and honestly, it flies by. When time's up, just rinse it off and you're done. The whole set gives you around 30 uses, so it lasts a solid while. After just a few sessions, I could already see a difference. My teeth look noticeably whiter, and the results have been consistent — no irritation or weird burns like I've had with other whitening stuff. That was a huge relief. *UPDATE* I’ve now been using this with my Invisalign retainers (an older set that is stretched out so it’s not super tight), and it’s working great! Can still use the light. I’m on day 5 and I am definitely seeing a difference. I had one tooth that was noticeably more yellow than the others, and it’s much less noticeable now and they are all looking much more even! So still giving 4 stars because though the whitening gel works great, the tray it comes with is useless. Also highly recommend using a q tip every time to get excess gel off your gums, I’ve had no gum pain at all (though it is easier when my retainers are the exact shape of my teeth and cut off at the gum line). My teeth have only been mildly sensitive and it doesn’t last long at all and I do each treatment for 20 minutes. Haven’t had to use the sensitivity gel. Initial review: The tray is too large for the size of my bite (much wider than my bite), so I felt the walls were only really touching maybe my front 2-4 teeth. After, my jaw hurt pretty bad from the forced position it put my bite into. I can see what many reviews are saying about the light, it doesn’t always stay on when you press the button, it’s like you have to press it just the right way for it to stay lit. I’m going to try the gel in my clear retainer, seems you can still easily put just the light in and still use it. Didn’t really seem like my teeth lightened much since I felt like the mouth piece with the kit was too big, had too little contact, and allowed too much saliva in.

Bought this set in an attempt to find a good entry level whitening kit. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that after a few uses it works exactly as described as I have noticeable results. Kit arrived impressively packaged with enough gel dispensers to keep you going for weeks. Easy to apply with reusable caps you won’t have to worry about refills for quite some time. There has been a downside however. For starters I had to return my original kit because the blue light either would not stay on or would require you to press the button during the entire period of use. Apparently other users complain of similar issues. Once I received my replacement kit I was relieved at not having the issue but another problem (a design flaw actually) began to rear it’s head. The mouthpiece and blue light are two separate pieces. As a result the mouthpiece breaks away from the light constantly while in use and routinely interrupts the session. This is an issue that the manufacturer should seriously address as it negatively impacts product performance. In closing I’d rate the device a solid 6/10 due to the flaw I mentioned earlier. It’s incredibly frustrating to get halfway into a session and have the device separate due to poorly thought out design. On the other hand I suppose you do get what you pay for. While there are indeed better options out there, this kit will work perfectly for someone on a budget or is perhaps new to tooth whitening and is not looking to break the bank to give it a try.

Finally found a whitening product that works with no sensitivity! I'll be honest—I was really nervous to try this because I have pretty sensitive teeth.
