I've only used this teeth whitening kit once so far, but am happy to report that I have not experienced any sensitivity or discomfort which I was worried about. I will update my review after a few more uses to report on how effective the whitening actually is. You can see in my first photo, that before starting use, I rank at about #2 on the shade guide. The kit has everything you need - 3 applicator whitening pens, LED light device, charging cable, a shade guide, and a user manual. The mouth piece is standard size, so fit is a tiny bit large for me, but that does help it stay in place. Overall it’s easy to use, the brush applicator is practical and helps cover each tooth evenly, and the tray fits pretty comfortably. I like that there is a red light feature to help ease sensitivity, and that the unit beeps and shuts off after a full session. I will say that the instructors could be clearer. I am confused if I am meant to just use the blue light session, or both the blue light, and the blue/red light combo sessions back to back.

I’m really surprised at how effective this OLLM teeth whitening kit has been. I’ve been using it for just a few days and I can already see a noticeable difference in the shade of my teeth. So far it has exceeded my expectations even though I still have to wait a little longer, but I already see preliminary results that make me feel very pleased. Is easy to use, and as I have done it according to the instructions I have not felt any discomfort. I'm already noticing a certain difference in the brightness and color of my teeth. Unfortunately I am a smoker and I drink sodas so my teeth are yellowing to say the least. I have tried many strips and pastes but they make my teeth sensitive and the results don't last. I got this product in the mail and tried it immediately. My family and friends can already see it working. I like that it doesn't make my teeth sensitive or painful to temperature. It's so similar to the treatments you get at the dentists with the led lighting. It absolutely works and works fast. I have already ordered again.
