I injured my lower back doing leg presses in my late twenties and even though I exercise my lower back will flare up at times and cause debilitating pain to the point I have to sleep on the floor and can't walk around without some support. It gets that bad. I considered an inversion table and did my research, Teeter has a good reputation and positive reviews so I purchased the EP-560 in May of 2022 and I'm glad I did. It was less than 10 minutes to assemble with superb instructions and photos detailing every step. It's really only a few pieces to put together since it's 80% assembled when it arrived. The table is solid no wobbling and I have it on carpet. It holds my feet comfortably in place while inverted. It's easy to raise up out of inversion just using my arms. I got mine while my back was still making it difficult to bend down, so I tied a cord to the spring loaded handle that locks the feet in place and secured the cord up near the top handles, that way I can lock or release by pulling the cord. I did 3 five minute sessions for 3 days and my back pain was gone, I was 100% mobile again! Now I use it 1-2 times daily in 5 minute sessions at a 70 degree angle and feel great. I love the table and my back pain has not recurred, best decision ever regarding my back health. I would and am highly recommending the Teeter EP-560 inversion table to my friends and family.

I had never used an inversion table when my doctor recommended one for lingering low-back pain, crepitus, and right-side sciatica resulting from an injury, so I bought the TEETER EP-560 table with some hesitation. But I quickly discovered how helpful it is. My husband and I assembled the table easily; the parts were identified and the instructions were good. It took some experimentation to adjust and balance the table so that it inclined and then returned to an upright position when I stretched my arms over my head or lowered them, but it now works smoothly. I used the attached tether to control the angle of the table, gradually increasing it from a shallow angle to a steeper one, but I quickly got used to the approximately 60 degree angle that Teeter recommends. I noticed an improvement in my back right away; I felt the decompression in my spine after the first few times I used the table. The pain and crepitus has improved markedly, and sciatica has all but disappeared. I use the table for about 2 - 5 minutes in the morning an evening. It's a great addition to my workout and physical therapy sessions. May not work for everyone, but I'm glad I bought it.

Best quality from the packaging to the overall design. I like the Teeter app, which helps you take full advantage of all the multiple functions it offers. The build is solid and very well constructed. The ankle supports are extremely comfortable, which has been an issue with other products I’ve tried in the past. I highly recommend this product, not only for its design and comfort but also for the outstanding customer support. The app is excellent for teaching you how to use the table correctly, and the packaging is top-notch, with every bolt and nut organized in its own labeled ziplock bag, making assembly so much easier. They also provide a link to a step-by-step assembly video, which is very well done and something I wish I had watched before assembling it. Many shortcuts and positioning tips for assembly.

I'll start by saying I had a cheaper inversion table that would get you stuck upside down with no way to correct it without help. It had those foam pads to lock your feet in and they hurt and they did not hold well. The biggest thing I found with this product is the balance and the feet restraint on your ankles is amazing and comfortable. This teeter inversion board is amazing I can go all the way upside down (and I'm 250 lbs) and do some crunches and stretches and by putting my hands on the frame I can tip myself back up to a upright position. If you set the height 1 in higher than your height the balance is amazing that thing will sit level straight across and balance! The bearings are amazing, so smooth and when you have the height set right and you come back up to a resting position on the stop it never slams down. The strap that allows you to set the amount of inversion is very easy to work and hold you in place. For this price point this is an amazing inversion table and I get such great relief after a day of lifting and carrying and moving things I get on my inversion table and do three sets of stretches and I'm pain free for the rest of the night! Lastly I know when people buy things on Amazon one of the main things is: "is it hard to assemble", well let me say that I came home from work one day and my wife had the thing almost put together very simple and clear instructions! It moves easily it folds up nice and tight and leans against the wall without falling so you can put it up out of the way.
