I get immediate relief of back pain when I walk away, but it does not last since I hurt my back through a fall, so I might have broken something. But I do seem to be getting better slowly. However, people with high blood pressure need to be careful of this kind of therapy. The device is very sturdy and well made. Very easy to tilt back to inversion and then very easy to right myself by just bending my knees and bringing my arms back to my sides.

This inversion table is really top of the line. What stuck out to me was how easy this was to put together. Incredibly clear instructions, high quality parts and even higher quality hardware. Strong bolts, which came with thread locker on them, so you don’t have to worry about them going anywhere. The tools they give are labeled, so you could get your own 10 or 13mm wrench if you don’t wanna use theirs. Or your own Allen head. The welds are very high quality and this metal does not feel cheap by any means. I’m 6’4 and 270lbs and feel plenty safe upside down. I’m always spectacle on quality when buying from Amazon, but this company did not disappoint. This thing is easy to use, very safe (which is huge to me), and it really works wonders! You can feel your back align and get an amazing “ahhhh” feeling. This thing is no joke, it’s the real deal. I’d recommend to anyone. For reference, I work at a cemetery and break my back shoveling all day long. I thought it was over for me (not really, just being dramatic) but this thing really is a life saver

Easy to assemble and easy to use. Read the instructions. I've been using it several times a day for 3-4 minutes each time. There has been some pain relief. From what I've read, it can take up to 8 weeks to see the full benefit. We will see.

HAVE A SPOTTER THE FIRST TIME YOU USE THIS. The measurements are a bit off for me and my partner. I'm about 5'10" (just under) 180lbs, and need to set it to 6'1" to be well balanced. My 5'5" partner needs it set to 5'8" or 5'9". Set to 5'10", it's difficult for me to pull myself back up. If you don't have decent core and arm strength, YOU MAY GET STUCK. Have a spotter nearby to help while you figure out what measurement you need to use. It was pretty easy to assemble, but a little know-how is certainly helpful. It folds up fairly compact for what it is, but it still takes up a decent amount of space, and is heavy and awkward to move around. Besides these drawbacks, the function is excellent. It feels very stable and comfortable to use, and certainly does its job. I am very pleased overall.l, and generally recommend this product. If you are small and/or elderly, I strongly advise getting help setting it up, and putting it somewhere that it can remain set up so you don't need to move it. And again, definitely have someone else nearby that can help you if you get stuck until you figure out what position you can use safely by yourself.

I have been using this thing for 3 weeks now and all I can say is it has done a fantastic job for me in controlling my back pain; however, keep in mind that how well it works for you is dependent on the kind of back problem you have. It is not for ALL back related problems. For me I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, herniated disks, scitatic, and arthritis in the lumbar region. With these conditions, which I have, this product has worked quite well. For, other, more severe back related problems I would advise asking your doctor before you buy for it may not be for you. As they say in the literature it may make your problem worse. It's best to find this out with your doctor before you buy it. With that said here is my recommendations on how it is best to use this. If you've never tried inversion I would suggest instead of going for full inversion, at first, go in increments. For example, invert only slightly. When you are used to that invert a little bit more. When used to that go a little more. Keep doing this until you can comfortably be fully inverted. When you are done with inversion come back upright gradually to allow the blood to return slowly to your feet. If you come back upright too fast you may experience disorientation and a headache. In order to prevent that come up a little, and rest a few minutes before coming back up more. Keep doing this, "coming up process", little by little giving the blood enough time to settle comfortably back into your extremities. Also, I put on socks and put my tenner shoes on. This makes the ankles more comfortable while inverted. Rest assured your ankles will feel a little uncomfortable if you invert for an extended period of time but that is to be expected for stuff like this but the uncomfortableness is not too unbearable that your whole experience is going to be bad. I find it isn't all that bad but their is some uncomfortableness. For me I started out with being inverted for 5 minutes to start and worked my way up to 20 minutes at a time. Just in case you're wondering I am 66 years old. So, in closing, all I can say is that my back used to irritate me so much during the day that at times I couldn't stand it (no pun intended). After using this apperatus for 3 weeks I have found that my back pain has subsided at least 70 percent of the time. Rest assured my back pain is not completely gone and I'm sure I'll always have some kind of irritation but I do know this. My back pain has become significantly less and it is at the point where it does not bother me like it used too. I also might add that I used to go to the Chiropractor but since it was getting too expensive for me I decided to see if this inversion stuff really works. Perhaps it would work well enough for me not to need the services of a chiropractor. Much to my suprise I don't think I will go back any more for with continued use my back pain has become managable enough enabling me to do away with the need for chiropratics. One last thing. In order to get the results I am talking about you will have to be inverting on a daily basis. For me I started out inverting twice a day but after about 3 weeks I found that once a day inversions of 10-20 minutes works quite well for me.
