    • Power died - poor quality
The Power stopped working the second day after I setup the computer. We took to Best Buy to see if they could repair and checked it out and said power is broken and Dell should be able to handle it. Setup for finger ID was very difficult. Hope we get this resolved. Next time I should buy computers from Best Buy or Costco only. ... show more

    • Decent for the price. Touch pad is poor quality
My wife needed an emergency replacement for her laptop and buying direct from Dell was taking too long. So this laptop was perfect. Fast shipping, decent price. Good screen. Only problem is the touch pad which is not very responsive. Better with an external mouse.

    • You can do better
If you want a low-end general purpose computer you can get the same quality for cheaper. I bought the Dell 5620 because I was sick of Apple and wanted a well-reviewed alternative, but this wasn't it. I bought it new but it feels refurbished. The camera stopped working after a couple months. The speakers go out intermittently. I have to restart frequently. The (loud) fan comes on every time I simply Google something. Quality is clearly not what was important here and I'll be asking for a refund. ... show more
