I bought a Teeter inversion table about 3 years ago. At the time, I put this on my Amazon wish list but did not buy it until now. The main reason I took so long to buy it was the price. It was always around $50, but this week the price went down to $17.14 (same price as I am writing this review), so I thought I had no reason not to buy it. This is a review of the mat, NOT the inversion table. I can't give this product (this mat) a positive review, though, despite of the low price. The main reason is that I thought I would be able to read the program while doing the exercises, but that is not the case. Mainly, there is absolutely no way you can place your inversion table on top of this mat and be able to do so. Second, as a floor mat, it is just okay, not really great. I have a gym in my basement and have already a very good floor mat already install, so this is not making a difference at all. After my frustration, this is what I did: I took pictures of all the exercises, and created several notes on my Evernote app so I can look at them while doing the exercises. For that, also, I can't give this product 3 stars either, because that information is most likely available online for free. So here is my review: I don't like this product, I do not find it necessary considering the info contained on the mat is available online for free, and as a simple mat, there are better options out there to sit your inversion table on. Honestly, as a newbie to this teeter, I have yet to be able to really benefit from this mat other than it providing something for my inversion table to sit on. I should have just bought a thicker, more padded mat. My cat also comes over and shreds of be material with his nails.

Soft mat with exercises imprinted by level. Would be good for hard floors I have carpet where the inversion table is located but the mat does give exercises on it that can be performed.
