My kid had so much fun trying to use the gestures to move this car in her kiddie pool that had a little bit of rain water in it (very first thing she did with it once outside). But it was hard to control with the gestures, maybe it'll be better with practice but time will tell on that. She'll have a blast with it at the park though, really since she'd be able to take it to the splash pad to play when it's just her or her friends at the park. It's fun to play with, works best on pavement or on something not tall, doesn't work that good on tall grass though. The controllers are really good, but as said above the gestures are weird since it starts moving as soon as it's paired to the gesture controller even without it moving. Much prefer the normal controller over the gesture controller, can only use one at a time and have to turn the car off each time when switching controllers. It is waterproof and the screwdriver that came with it works nicely so far. Sad that it only comes with one battery for the car as I'm used to most coming with two so there is one for a backup.

This toy is colorful and captured the attention of my two great grandchildren and my son-in-law. It comes with a battery for the boat/car but not for the hand or wrist controls. There is a charging cord for the battery inside the car but the battery has to be taken out to charge it which means you have to unscrew the tiny little screw that holds the battery in. According to the instructions, it takes 3 to 4 hours to charge the battery and then it only runs for 1 hour. This is not a practical toy for child or adult. In addition, we could not get the screw to come out--and could not charge the battery. That being said, my great grandson loved the color and great noise it made when he pushed it around. So we got some use out of it but not as it was intended.

What I liked most about this vehicle was its sleek style and its ability to maneuver in every situation to include water. The coloring of the vehicle was perfect and the movement of the hand to the vehicle was seamless. I selected this for my youngest son and he has enjoyed playing with this car, getting many hours of enjoyment out of it. I found that this is a vehicle that is made of quality and stands up to ruff play and I like that the car is also waterproof as well. Overall, a great amphibious car for kids of all ages.

Great remote control car. My son absolutely loves it. It out performs all his other cars. It's very durable and sturdy. It runs on water and land which is twice as fun. It's fast and the charge last a long time. I definitely recommend buying for any age and would back a perfect gift.

Admittedly, I did not expect this toy to be so much fun. I don't really think RC cars are fun because of how basic they are, but this one is a blast. The kids, teens, and adults liked it, and seeing it running around the house was almost as much fun as actually driving it. And using it on the water is great too, although it doesn't go as fast as it does when on land. Overall, if you are interested in this product, I do recommend you try it out.

It rained a lot yesterday so what better time to test this!! It actually is waterproof and was able to drive through dep puddles thanks to the fins on the wheels! Lasts a decent amount of time on a charge, and the controller is small for my sons smaller hands now to get another and race him!
