Didn't realize there were two sizes to choose from so I ended up with size 2. It's little, maybe 6" diameter? My 19 pound dog played with it once and uses the tabs to carry it. She chewed on it for a few minutes and chewed up the longer black tab (the one that the human uses to throw it). I have no doubt that all tabs will be chewed off soon. Hoping the ball itself doesn't get popped. It does seem to be a thick material so as long as it stays intact, the ball can still be played with.

We just received the toy today in the mail and my dog loves it. My dog likes to bite/chew/rip anything she can so I'm never sure how long toys will last. The soccer ball is made super well and is holding up nicely to the biting. I will say, she has already started to tear some of the green strings but that is to be expected. Great toy, will definitely purchase it again.

My dog loves this ball. I only gave 4 stars because - The tabs are very convenient and are easy on the teeth, but one of them already ripped off during play. The large size ball is smaller than I would’ve liked. It is a little smaller than a volleyball. Only one of my dogs will play with it. It will be interesting to see how well it holds up over time. Overall a good buy since the pup loves it.

Two dogs have enjoyed this ball daily for 2.5 mos. so far. They are a rowdy pair--one can get his entire mouth around the ball, but he hasn't popped it yet! The other loves to use the tabs--though she doesn't follow the rules about the black tab being for human use. She uses all the tabs pretty equally. I guess she didn't read the instructions like I did. :)

This toy is perfect for my service animal who is very gentle and not super active. She does love this toy though, this is the first toy that she has voluntarily brought to me asking for me to play with her. I have cleaned her crate out and put this toy to the side, on her own she picked it up and brought it back into the crate with one of the tabs hanging off the ball. This was the only toy she did that with, and her crate is her safe place.

Bought (2) small ones for my Cocker-mix and my Cavalier - they absolutely LOVE them! After a few weeks they’re still holding up super well. The tabs are much better than expected, each ball even came with a small inflator and two pins for inflating. Bought (2) more for when they eventually get too worn. Would highly recommend.
