This headset is comfortable to wear all day and delivers clear sound quality. The noise-cancelling microphone works very well during calls, and the Bluetooth connection is stable. • This company worked with me to resolve a problem
Color: Deep Black
This company worked with me to resolve a problem that turned out not to be something they typically do. I have purchased now two separate headphones and have found then to be quality products with good sound; plus the company helped me find a solution when I accidentally dropped the first headset.

    • Good, Reliable Headset
Color: Deep Black
I’ve been using this headset for meetings and regular calls, and so far it’s been good and dependable. My voice sounds clear during calls with unnoticeable background noise per feedbacks from other people on the call. The mute button is convenient when I need to quickly mute myself. Bluetooth setup was easy, and the connection has been stable. I’ve connected it to my laptop and phone without any issues. Switching between devices is straightforward once everything is paired. Battery life has been good. I only need to charge once a week and it lasts through long calls and regular use without any problems. It’s also lightweight and adjustable, and the ear cushions are soft enough for a few hours at a time. After extended wear, you may feel a little pressure, but that’s fairly normal for an on-ear ... show more

    • Crystal clear calls and all-day battery!
Color: Deep Black
This TECKNET headset is a game changer for my remote work calls. The noise-cancelling microphone blocks out background noise perfectly — my team can’t hear my kids or the TV. Bluetooth 5.2 pairs instantly and stays connected. The 50-hour battery life is no joke; I’ve gone two weeks without charging. Love the mic mute button and comfortable on-ear fit, even after 8+ hours. Perfect for truckers or call center work. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Covers the bases very well
Color: Deep Black
Excellent sound quality. Pairs to devices very quickly. Callers report high quality vocals over the phone. Comfortable and easy to use. My only gripe (and it's a minor one) is that the hang-up button on the ear cup is easy to accidentally press if you're trying to adjust the headphones on your ears. Battery life is also impressive. I would recommend this product if you want some excellent dual-purpose headphones. ... show more

    • yeah no they're often defective
Color: Deep Black
Worked for an hour. (have a call center job) Had the habit of missing the first part of a call or cutting it short for ringing. No biggie. After a transferred call ended, microphone and speaker stopped working. Checked setting to make sure it was still the proper inputs and outputs, and headset to make sure there was no accidental muting (even though there's an indicator audio of such when done), as well as battery. None were the culprit. No truly helpful information for this scenario on their website. The first one I got was also cancelled after shipping due to damages to the headset. Not a good experience. ... show more
