is tactile the right word? They're slightly curved. I didn't realize I wasn't getting the non-lighted one, but I still think this is great. I think this is practically the quietest keyboard you can get. It will still have the relative plastic clickiness that you cannot remove because of general physics, but it feels like there is enough push on the keys that it is minimized. I'm testing the general quiteness of the keys with the back legs up and I feel that the keys are slightly more muted/quieter with them down. They back legs also add a giant overwhelming clack sound, so be wary of that if you were trying to go ultra stealth with your quietness. Great value for the money at $13.99. It is lightweight. It is wired. The version I got has no backlight. I just got it recently so I have no statement on the build quality because I don't have enough experience with it over time, but it feels quite professional and sturdy enough. The wire is on the lesser quality side, but that's normal for practically most keyboards. It would be nice if they did an iteration in the future with some kind of strengthened cord, but nobody else is even doing that and I don't think customers would care. At this price, it is fine for now. I just really hope this keyboard lasts me as long as it can.

This keyboard is very quiet, lightweight, and key response has the "feel" that I am used to. The default color is green, and there are 7 color options: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, White. There are 2 color modes: steady, and fade out-in (changing color each fade, following color sequence). The brightness is 4 level: Hi, Med, Lo, Off. (Brightness is ignored in fade mode). The only thing I dont like about it is too much light framing the keys, even on lowest setting. If there were a way to limit the light around each key, I would have kept the keyboard.

The keyboard itself is good—feels solid and works well overall. However, the first one I received had a surface paint issue—the coating started wearing off around the arrow keys (up, down, left, right). I contacted customer service, and they handled it quickly by sending a replacement without any hassle. The product is good, and the support was even better.

3 Stars The very first bullet point in the features says: "【Quiet & Comfortable Typing】 Designed with low-profile membrane keys, this keyboard delivers soft keystrokes and significantly reduces typing noise, creating a quiet and focused workspace. It is perfect for offices, libraries, late-night work, or any shared environment where silence is valued. " Much of that is not true. Perhaps they got product descriptions mixed up with a different keyboard? This is NOT a silent keyboard. Yes, the keys are about 3/4 height of the keys on those trendy mechanical keyboards, but its is still a mechanical keyboard and sounds every bit as loud as one. This will not "create a quiet and focused workspace". It is not "perfect for offices, libraries, late-night work, or any shared environment where silence is valued". You will be given dirty looks if you start clanking away on that in any of those places. And lord help you if you start typing on that in the middle of night when the house is silent. For this clearly false or misplaced description I had to deduct 2 stars. I bought this because my criteria were: Silent backlit fullsized no bulky casing NOT mechanical I've returned it. But otherwise it was rather nice looking and had a good, solid quality feel to it. I can't speak to the longevity of course, but if you like mechanical style clankity-clank style keyboards but want one more upscale and adult looking, this is for you. Otherwise, you might not be happy.
