I bought two of these cabinets at a reasonable price, and they are pretty. The first cabinet had no finish issues and went together fine, but the 2nd cabinet had several finish issues and an assembly SNAFU. Most finish issues didn't show, but the left door has light spots where the stain missed for about 10 inches along the front edge. I may be able to touch that up with a kit I already have. My main disappointment is with the back panel F screwing into the bottom piece E - the panel doesn't overlap into the wood much at the bottom, causing the screws to skim along and raise the surface of the wood. I backed them out and re-screwed at a downward angle, but the damage is done. Wish the instructions had a caution about that, it would have been helpful. Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars based on the excellent customer service response when I emailed the company about my issues. They explained I was outside their warranty period, but offered to send the two replacement parts for a minimal shipping charge. I am very pleased! I never write reviews, but this I had to share. This cabinet is exactly what I have been looking for and it didn't cost a bundle. I am using it for a curio cabinet for my Willow Tree figurines and other special items I want to display. This allows me to safely display all the delicate and fragile items and keep them clean as well. The Anna cabinet arrived within a couple of days (MUCH sooner than I expected, as I was told it could take several extra days). I was concerned about it being shipped because of the glass doors, but there was no need. This was probably the most protected package that has been shipped to me. Completely padded with styrofoam and each piece wrapped in a foam type sheet material. No damage what so ever. Easily put together, did it by myself (all but the doors) and I am nearly 60 yrs old with arthritis in my hands. Because of the arthritis my son had to attach the doors. I was extremely surprised on how nice and well built this cabinet is. It was completely pre-drilled, even for the backing (which from other items I have put together in the past, you were given little tacks to hammer in the backing). The shelves have cut outs so they fit perfectly in the cabinet with no slipping or falling out, they are also adjustable. The color is rich looking which matched some of my other furniture as well. I am completely satisfied with this cabinet and I believe it appears to be of a much higher quality than anything else I have found in this price range. The package was too heavy for me to lift, but with help of my husband getting it in the house and placed on floor, I was ready to assemble. I bought 2 of these to set up as a little liquor cabinet. The construction was pretty straight forward. They don't give any guidance on front and back (the back has a rabbet or groove for the backboard along the sides top and bottom - pay attention as you're assembling). I'd read the joints weren't well engineered and I agree, the holes for the dowels were comically over-sized, as were the holes for the round cam lock nuts so the joints would be really weak, but I'm hoping a little wood glue will make up for that. On the other had, the backboard had 16 remarkably precisely drilled holes that matched the wood frame exactly and added a lot of stability to the shelf. There's no configuration of the three shelves that is big enough for a large liquor bottle, but it was easy enough to drill a few extra holes and make this a 2-shelf model. I'm a little concerned about the 15 pound limit per shelf. Overall, it's a reasonably attractive, functional, and very affordable little free-standing cabinet. But glue the joints and the backboard. ... show more

I paid for shipping for this cabinet even though it was eligible for free shipping because I wanted to receive it quickly and make sure it would fit my purpose: a china cabinet in my dining room, among oak furniture. If not, I'd send it back asap and keep looking. I was not disappointed, instead happily surprised at how well its simple lines and medium color fit in (it's stained pine, MDF and veneer). It arrived early, everything intact upon inspection despite a punch in the outside box (worried about glass doors, they were fine), and it was one of the best-organized assemble-yourself packages I've encountered. Everything extremely well packed and protected, parts box attached with a red ribbon inside the box, and all small parts separated into sections in a plastic container within that box (thank you). All cabinet pieces labeled by sticker, easy to follow instructions and just pick the right piece to proceed. Assembly took about 2 hours altogether, cabinet is sturdy (plastic pads on leg bottoms to protect floor), perfect for china display (shelves are about 10 1/2" deep), handles are brass tone, which fit in with other decor, and because it has simple lines it fit with arts & crafts decor. The only issue is that doors touch at top (can still close and open) and gap a bit at bottom, fixable only if hinge screws are redrilled...but I can live with that, not all that noticeable. Altogether, an excellent value for the $, I took a chance and it paid off. If you want a small, compact cabinet with glass doors, nice medium wood tone/grain, for a variety of uses, at a very reasonable price, this is a really good one. ... show more

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! It was so easy to assemble. The doors were already assembled....hinges attached, glass attached,magnets on the doors,the magnet already attached to top piece. All the pre-drilled holes matched up perfectly. It was a pleasant surprise. I was prepared for atleast 2-3hrs for assembly....but it was under an hour.😁 I am very happy with the look of it. It is very sturdy. Love the fact the shelves are adjustable also! Highly recommend. I'm already looking at other products made by this manufacturer. ... show more
