The media could not be loaded. Love EVERYTHING about this fountain! I love the SIZE of this fountain, it's not too small or too large, it nestles in to my small garden island perfectly. I especially love the SOUND of this fountain, it's loud enough to easily hear it from my deck but not so loud that it gets obnoxious and distracts from conversations! The LOOK of the piece is lovely, it looks exactly like glazed pottery, but it's not, it's lightweight material and easy to handle. I love the warm LIGHTS in the center of each tier, when the water is coming up through them it literally looks like three candle flames at night, wow, it's so pretty! I can't believe how impactful this little water feature has been on my backyard enjoyment. Even my husband says he loves it, and he not exactly the effusive type! We did notice initially that we were having to refill reservoir a bit too often, but after reading other helpful reviews we knew to 1. check that the item was sitting level so that water wasn't spilling out and 2. to adjust the setting on the pump to a lower setting and that was the solution. After adjusting that setting we've been enjoying our fountain for days without having to tap off reservoir. I LOVE this fountain, highly recommend! I took videos of it running so that, come winter, when everything is covered in white snow, I can look back at it and remember my back yard in summer... sigh! ... show more

I purchased this fountain on May 1st. I LOVED it. But in a month, the paint is peeling; look at the bottom bowl. A piece of the paint actually covered the drain. I'm am sad and disappointed. To the seller: what do I do now? I'm not paying postage to return it but I'd like a refund. Thank you UPDATE: Now the middle bowl is has paint peeling off. ... show more

I do love it. I was NOT offered a discount, just so you know. I read many reviews on many different fountains. I've been redoing my screened in porch after having gone through a flood. I had decorated it over many years and it was all kind of piece meal. So I recovered cushions, my husband built a new toy box for the grand kids and I ordered cushions for the top. My main color is the sumbrella jockey red. I used coordinating pillows of different patterns and styles. Looks great especially after repainting. So now I'm done and the last thing was the wall fountain that no longer worked. I decided on a floor fountain for various reasons and this one has several advantages: 1. It holds a huge amount of water. The last fountain I had held very little. 2. The pump is rather aggressive. Even on the low setting, but it has not been overflowing or splashing a huge amount. I watched it for quite a while and felt all around and no water on the floor or the walls, nor could I feel any water on my arms as I circled it. It is maybe louder than some would have it, but it doesn't bother me. 3. It's a great color for my jockey red cushions. 4. The set up was simple. 5. The lights are nice, but I don't sit out in the dark much so I don't care too much about that. And they can be replaced unlike many of the other LED type decorations. Cons: 1. There is no on/off switch so it must be plugged and unplugged. 2. The cord is not very long. This is not an issue for me. Just letting you know. All in all. I bought this fountain two years ago. "Glazed Pots" is how it is described, but in reality it is painted resin and the manufacturer suggested a coating of UV protectant to preserve the color. So I gave it two coats- we live in Texas and the sun can be intense. I also placed it where it would only get the direct sunlight in the mornings. It worked almost until the 30 day return window passed, then more water ran over the edge than returned to the base, so pretty quickly there was not enough water to pump up through the top. I tried clearing the bottom bowl, but all that did was make the light stop working. Next I re-leveled every which way trying to keep the water in the lowest bowl, but with the flared design it just wasn't possible. I started a return, but Amazon wanted me to pay the return shipping by deducting $50 from the refund. I had purchased the extended warranty so I tried to file a claim through that. The insurance policy turned out to be worthless. The only way to file is online and every time I filled out the forms, it would error out and tell me to "try again later". For weeks I tried and never could get past the error. In the end, I gave up and decided it would be a non-functioning decoration in my little "Zen garden". Now, this is what it looks like after two years. So much for the UV protective coating. After taking this photo, I bagged it up and put it out with the trash. ... show more

Came on time and was excited to get it. First thing was , it was not a big as I expected and was a bugger getting it unpacked. This was good because it was not broken but when I got it all unpacked there was no pump! I was very glad I brought it through Amazon because they just took it back without question. Ended up buying a different fountain from somewhere else. Quality control is not on this manufactures mind so was not going to take a second chance. ... show more

Looks good, well designed, nice flow of water and sound. Will try to update this review with video. Beautiful at night. Easy to assemble, not much to do, really. Make sure it is a size you want. It goes in my outside Zen Garden and fits perfectly, but is not huge. Use outside or tiled porch, not inside with areas that may not want a little water, because there is some splash if you have it set on the Preset flow rate (easy to adjust.) We love it. ... show more

This was perfect. It looks just like the picture and adds some much needed color. Note that it is only 20" high, which was exactly what we wanted. Also, it does splash some, but since we have it outside in a flower area by our front porch, we have not tried to fix it since it is such a small amount. We have been using about week and have only topped off the water once which it really didn't need. The sound is just right, a nice greeting for visitors.
