  • Sturdy, easy to assemble, stylish, functional.
Style: Traditional
I received this cabinet quickly and it arrived in excellent condition with all required pieces for assembly. I've now been using this cabinet for several months. I had my boyfriend put it together (pretty straightforward instructions w/pics and plenty of hardware - just pay attention to front/back-left/right etc.) and hang it in our bathroom for my makeup and such. It is only 6" deep which I was aware of when I ordered it and that is absolutely perfect for my needs. In fact, I love that it doesn't stick out from the wall very far. It's a perfect sized cabinet to hang over your toilet. It's a super sturdy cabinet that gets daily use from our household and it has held up very well. The white outer finish is solid too and is easy to clean. The doors were easy to put on and line up perfectly. They have a magnetic closure and at this point still work great! It comes with a shelf that can be adjusted to several locations inside the cabinet. This cabinet is not large enough for large towels but it is a perfect cabinet for toiletries, washcloths, extra toilet paper, jewelry and more. I highly recommend it for needs similar to mine. ... show more

  • So worth it!!! So worth it!!!
Style: Traditional
This cabinet is EXACTLY what we needed. We are doing a complete renovation on a home we just purchased on March 8th 2018. We are on a tight budget so we’ve been repurposing/Revamping materials as we can but we are over it. We purchased used kitchen cabinets and was planning on painting one of those cabinets in the bathroom after ripping out the one that was in there. As I said, we’re over it and wanted something prepainted and something we could hang up immediately that was inexpensive. This cabinet took my Husband 20 minutes to put together. It was SO easy. Holes were pre-drilled and done so correctly. It is high quality and looks stunning! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this piece but I LOVE adding an extra “something” to anything I can. I seen in the comments others whom have also purchased this cabinet additionally purchased decorative contact paper and added it to the backing of this cabinet which is GENIUS! It made it look bigger as if it had more depth and gave it a wow factor and it was only $14 for 9 ft roll. Not to mention the contact paper roll was an exact width of this cabinet so it was SO EASY! Will buy again for our 50’s style laundry room!!! ... show more

  • Got defective product…twice! Other than that, nice cabinet
Style: Traditional
The first time I received this cabinet, it had a defective part H, and could not be assembled. I contacted Amazon right away; they were very helpful and sent me a replacement, which arrived very quickly. The replacement had a correct part H, but it had another defective part - this time part A! Again, the cabinet could not be assembled in that state. Somebody is asleep on the job here. Luckily I hadn't returned the first item yet, so I was able to frankenstein a functional cabinet out of the good parts of both packages. Note to self: don't return defective item until you've verified the replacement is good, especially for items containing multiple parts. Amazon apologized profusely for the double fail and swore they'd notify the appropriate department, but I won't be holding my breath or ordering this item again. Which is a shame, because it's a really nice cabinet. At least I managed to negotiate a UPS pick up from my house out of the whole thing. They were having me drive it to a facility, but given all the trouble, the least they could do is schedule a pick up. Now, about the cabinet. It seems things were very different back in 2009, when a lot of the negative reviews were written. Rest assured, there's no gluing or drilling necessary anymore! In fact, the cabinet was extremely easy to put together, once you got all the correct parts. All you need is a screwdriver. The only drilling is into the wall to mount it, but you kinda have to do that one yourself. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, the parts fit together nicely, the hardware is all good, and the construction feels sturdy once assembled. Unlike what somebody else said, you do not mount this by the cardboard backing. The unit hangs by the top of the wooden frame, which is the thickest and sturdiest part of the whole cabinet. There are four plastic corner things you drill into the cardboard backing, but their purpose is to make it flush with the wall, so the back doesn't bow or move if you push against it from the inside. Those pieces don't bear any weight. Now, I was a little suspicious of drilling them in, being that the back is thin laminated cardboard and the screws may have punched through to the other side. So I taped them to the back instead, just to be safe. Worked fine. The cabinet came with one of those convenient paper templates with marks for where to drill the holes into the wall. That made positioning, leveling and mounting very easy. I have flimsy plaster walls, but with the (gigantic) wall anchors that were provided, the unit seems sturdy when mounted and I feel okay putting stuff in it. It's a classic medicine cabinet meant to hold small objects, and the measurements are provided, so I don't understand the people trying to shove large things in there and complaining it's too small. All in all, I'm very happy with the actual cabinet, which is why I'm not giving it less than 4 stars, despite the very frustrating experience getting it. A good product and good customer service can do wonders to offset incompetence on the production line. It's a beautiful little cabinet and I'm happy to have it. Now I hope it lasts, too. I'll write an update once I've had it for a while. ... show more

  • Great Cabinet (and easily assembled by two drunks) Great Cabinet (and easily assembled by two drunks)
Style: Traditional
I bought this cabinet in April 2015 and am very pleased with it. It arrived after happy hour had already begun, and was assembled under the influence of a lovely 2008 old vine zinfandel. We laid the pieces out on the coffee table, and kinda-sorta looked at the assembly directions as we put it together and drank wine. The only issue we had was due to our inebriation and insistence on assembling it without referring to the directions, and even then, we rectified it quite easily and quickly. It took us no more than 10 minutes to assemble the cabinet. All parts fit properly and all holes and pieces aligned perfectly. I mounted it with my own screws, as those provided with the cabinet are not sufficient for lath & plaster walls. One peculiar design issue to note: Directly below the doors is a 1-inch lip/panel. This means that to get an item off the bottom shelf, you have to lift it up and over this 1-inch lip. See the photos for exactly where this is. The glass in the doors is removable. I plan to remove the glass and spray them with a frosted-glass spray paint. The top of the cabinet is flat, and items can be placed easily on top of the cabinet. ... show more

This is a very sturdy, lovely above the toilet cabinet. It was very easy to assemble. Instructions were good but take your time. We use it to contain small but taller items that will not fit into the medicine chest or drawers in our vanity. It contains extra wash clothes, and hubby's personal items. Love it! Great addition to the guest bathroom. ... show more

  • Priced to high for some of the issues it had Priced to high for some of the issues it had
Style: Farmhouse
Easy to build and install. Like most things of this nature, the back "panel" is thin, flimsy particle board at best...thick, sturdy cardboard at worst. It split when I slipped it into the middle support insert piece, leaving a rather ugly brown stripe in the back of the cabinet. This is easy to cover with items inside the cabinet to hide and it mostly hidden by the doors. Given it hangs, you want it light in weight where you can get it light I guess but the fact it split the white off just assembling it was bad. The other boards for the piece are sturdy enough, it doesn't wiggle or feel loose in anyway once built correctly. There were two other issues I did have with the item: about 3 weeks of use in, the screw on the metal disk that keeps the door closed on the magnet stripped out of the wood...leaving the door hanging open. I was able to repair it with gorilla glue, good as new...but it did technically "break" under use. Also the metal fixtures in the middle of the glass did have scratches on them at the time of arrival. It is a pretty cabinet, but this part being scratched made it look less so. This can be fixed easily enough with some spray paint, news paper, and painter's tape but at almost $100 you shouldn't have to use, line of sight tricks, Gorilla Glue, and spray paint to make it look nice. ... show more

  • Easy to build and easy to install. Easy to build and easy to install.
Style: Farmhouse
My house is a small, 1958 single brick ranch house, with small rooms and two very small bathrooms; both are much smaller in size than today's era of new houses. I bought two cabinets, one for each bathroom. Both rooms had been re-built in 2020 with new pex piping, electrical, tiles, drywall, and paint. I finally got around to installing these cabinets, and they look and fit perfectly. ... show more
