The sound it delivers is good for this kind of device. However, the mic maximum volume received on different PCs doesn't reach 40% even when I speak closest to the device. People often tell me they can't hear me clearly after I changed from my laptop's integrated mic to this. In addition: The call controls don't work in Teams. If I'm in a meeting taping the end call button it does nothing. As well as when I receive a call, using this device's Teams or the Answer Call buttons does nothing. I need to answer the call directly with my mouse. Resume: I'm not pleased with this device. Thinking of sending it back for a refund.

I have a lot of meetings in my workday and the in ear headsets would irritate my ears and lose battery on long days. This is the perfect solution for me. Even with my roomba in the same room, or my animals being obnoxious during a call, my team can't hear the background noise. I haven't had. Any issues with not being heard either.

I'm in lots of long meetings some days and was looking for an alternative to my Jabra headset. This Yealink sounds ok but is just a headache to use. When I touch mute, it lights up red and does temporarily mute, but soon unmutes on its own. And Teams never shows that I went on/off mute, like the Jabra does. It's also very confusing whether it's really on and ready to take a call - half the time it appears on but not really. Returned it, sticking with my headset.

Plug and play. Excellent noise reduction. Sometimes I think it may be best for my team to hear the wall clock chiming consecutively with the doorbell, barking dogs and ambulance going by so they understand why, while they can hear me, I can’t hear them.

Really easy to set up.Sound is good, doesn’t have extra software to install, which is ideal because My employer has restricted the installation of software that is not part of their approved list.
