I have to say, for $12 this case is better than I expected. I was hesitant to get it because light colors get dirty fast and are harder to clean. When I got the product, I realized that it wasn’t silicone but a hard plastic (not the cheap kind) and this is good because silicone is the material that gets really dirty really fast. This plastic is very snug around my phone so I don’t have to worry about it slipping out of the case. The inside is a nice rubber material. This is the type of case where if you drop it, it gets scratched or might crack rather than your phone. I prefer these type of cases (same texture as life proof NÜDE case) than the silicone ones. Only downside is I had a hard time getting my phone into the case because it’s so snug but that’s okay. Update: I still have the case on my phone and it’s been about seven months now. Fits the phone well but there is absolutely no grip to it so it’s quite slippery. I needed a phone cover to keep my phone from slipping but will end up ordering something else instead.

I love this case so much!! I bought it a few weeks ago and for the price it is its durability is really good!! it does get dirty easily though and its hard to keep a pop socket on there but those are the only downsides about it in my opinion, I tend to drop my phone a lot and my back is glass so I think this is perfect if you drop your phone a lot!! I love the colors too!! I would really recommend buying this case!! :)) ... show more

After losing 2 iphones in 2 years (a 7plus and 8plus) to shattered screens I decided to try something different. I now have an xr (which is sort of a downgrade from the 8plus imo, but that’s for a different review). Anyways, my 7plus was in a life proof case when it shattered and my 8 plus was in an otterbox. Neither of those cases were cheap and neither of them did their job. So I thought, this time around I’m going with a case that’s similar, but not as expensive and we will see how it works. Plus, you know, I’m going to try not to drop this phone. So this case arrived today and my first impression is that it’s pretty much like an otterbox in looks, but feels cheaper somehow (which it is, so it was expected). I think it’s the feel of the plastic. The inner shell is stiff and not as flexible as an otterbox’s is, and feels hard. The outer hard shell is pretty (I got the coral color) but feels too smooth. It feels alright in my hand, though, and doesn’t add a lot of bulk to my phone. The back of the case rises above the xr’s dumb protruding camera, which is good because there’s no way that isn’t getting scratched without a case on the phone. And I feel okay about laying my phone facedown with the lip on the front of the case to protect the screen. Hopefully I never have to put it to a drop test, but if I ever do, I’ll update. For now, I can stop treating my phone like a little fragile egg and not worry so much about tossing it my bag. ... show more

I am pleased with this iPhone Xr case! The case feels sturdy in my hand but because of the size I would appreciate extra grips on the side. But, with my pop socket attached the case handles well. Great value for the price!
