I don’t think I am getting the results I should be, because of the pump. I can’t get the pump to pop up. I tried many times twisting it both ways and tried pulling it up and nothing works. So unscrewed the pump and tried pouring it out, but can hardly get anything out. This conditioner is amazing. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for a year and a half now. I have very very very thin and fine hair. This product helps decrease how much I shed a day. With having less hair than normal, I need that! It works best with the tonic and for extra volume the root lifting pump. It should be the anti thinning stuff though. Combine all products and it’s amaizng and works wonders. I have been trying for 7 years to find something I like for my hair. This stuff does not leave it greasy at all. People who say that aren’t rinsing it out well enough. Also my hair has always grown slow, since I started using this I have had the longest hair of my life. All in all this is an amaizng product!
