To begin, let me start with the fact that this tea set is perfection. The quality of the tea pot, the stand, the cups and saucers is absolutely impeccable. I just love the fact that the entire set is on one metal stand base. It all fits beautifully and does NOT take up hardly any counter space. I have a bar above my sink, with other decor and this was the final touch and I admit I love it. It's one of those things that you can really appreciate the intricate detail put into making such a lovely tea set. I have three daughters- two at home and we are all big time tea drinkers. They are teenagers and my husband and I hardly see them anymore. So I picked this up as a gesture of "I'm always here for you", and "lets talk and have tea". This gorgeous set has allowed us to bond even more than before. The tea set is a total of 20 pieces - it has a vintage feel to the set and I am a sucker for anything vintage. But the detail on these tea cups/and set is by far one of the prettiest I have ever seen. Some specs on the set are as follows: 1 teapot which holds up to 28 ounces of fluid tea cups each hold up to 7 ounces six cute tea spoons metal wire stand Material: NON-TOXIC and lead free high quality clay The flower pattern will not fade and is safe for adults and children alike. Also, the wire stand at the top becomes a handle making it simple to move from the kitchen to the living or dining room. Drinking tea is an underrated experience, and with this tea set it is surely to be one of those passed down to my children. Absolutely stunning- better in person than what the online pic can depict. Therefore, based on my usage of this extraordinary tea set, I would recommend this to other consumers, or suggest this as a giftable idea. Surely to be treasured forever.

I don't just like this set ... I love it! There's just something about tea cups and roses. They remind me of my grandmother in Ireland. These aren't just for show - they're for actually using - which I plan to do right away. The tea pot will need to be refilled a few times for big-time tea drinkers, but if you're just looking for 3 or 4 cups you'll be good with 1 pot. I have to say - I love the saucers. I don't know why people stopped using them. I mean, I almost always pour too much milk and it spills out of my cup - a saucer would catch that. I always use a spoon and put it on the table - a saucer is a cleaner place to keep it. And lastly, when I'm having a cookie, a saucer also substitutes as a mini plate! Two things to point out. I prefer silver spoons so I'll likely use my own. The metal stand is great to store this set, but I wouldn't use it to serve tea. I value this set enough that it likely I'll store them in a cupboard. There were no chips, cracks, or imperfections on my set. They were all well-protected in their box. I would gladly recommend this tea set as it really is both beautiful and useful.
