They are very good. I never had a problem with the grip after these. The padding is a little small but will work for everything. The gray color with American stars is the best looking one. If this had a d ring it would be perfect and maybe more padding if you have to add the d ring. Some handles are hard to twist the straps on but one wrap and two twists will probably be enough.

Don’t know why I waited so long to get these, $15 and they drastically improved my ability to lift. I was shocked how much my grip strength was holding me back, and I didn’t think I was lifting “that heavy”. They don’t really include instructions on how to wear them but a quick YouTube Short fixed that. Quality seems good, it’s a thick strap, I’m sure it will wear down over time but it not very fast.

These straps are the perfect addition to my arm day. My wrists are a little weak so this helps to take the bit of tension off when I increase in weight. Not only that, but it helps to provide a little bit of a cushion on your hand. The fabric of the strap is soft but not silky or smooth where it'll slip. And the padding on the thickest is a comfortable material and doesn't dig.
