This has been life changing! We love our big beautiful labrador retriever--he is a member of our family. We knew better than to allow him on our bed when he was our cute, small fur ball puppy, but couldn't resist. We now pay the consequences of a 125 pound "still cute but huge fur ball" on our bed. This well-priced cover actually has worked great. He still considers our bed also his, but this attractive waterproof cover keeps our linens and new white bedspread clean. It has been washed 3 times--dries quickly, dries soft with no shrinkage, and looks new after each wash. I am ordering a second cover to have as a backup. If I were to make any changes, it would be to make the size a bit larger in width so that it could be securely tucked on all 4 sides when in use--I suggest ordering up a size to accomplish that. We have a king size bed, making that impossible. Offering it in white would also be great! ... show more

Get what you pay for. I was hoping the grip would work a little better. The cover moves around a lot. But for the price it’s a decent value. Definitely durable and water proof, easy to machine wash and the color was spot on to the photos show. Thin material so it doesn’t look bulky. Decent product. It is not 82" long but 78", and the width was 51" not 52". Bought to use on our futon. Slips off the top almost immediately. The grippers aren't very strong. Disappointed.

My cat *occasionally* pees on the couch. I had to throw out an old couch that over the years had probably become saturated in the smell (at least to a cat). I got a new couch and was praying she wouldn't do it on the new one. I got a couple of these covers, which happened to fit the couch seat perfectly, and for about two months, all was well. No pee. So I couldn't evaluate the effectiveness of waterproofness. Until this morning! She did it today, for some reason, and it worked like a charm. Absolutely 100% waterproof. The cover is now in the wash and the backup cover is on the couch, and paws crossed she doesn't do it again. But in the meantime, it's actually attractive and helps with keeping the couch clean, because I can routinely throw it in the wash instead of having to vacuum the couch, etc. (For all you cat lovers out there: no worries, I've had her tested and there is no urinary tract infection. There is a behavioral issue with my other cat being extremely territorial about all the litterboxes, which we are working on. :-) ... show more
