This is really good for stretching but inversions or hanging may be out of the question I first used a normal bedroom door and saw how wobbly it was so I placed it on my entry door. And when I tried to hang in it, it actually pulled the metal off the door frame. May have been because I put the ends to close to each other. I’ll start with the fact that I am overweight. I was excited this product was rated for heavy people. But when I used it for back stretches the whole of the cloth rolled up on my back. Try as I might, it was just uncomfortable.

I am trying to increase my flexibility and this has been pretty nice. I haven't used it consistently enough or long enough to speak to the results My two daughters love to play in it as well and use it more as a swing. The only complaint I have is that the fabric can bundle up putting pressure in a smaller surface area across my back instead of spreading it out. If anyone has tips on how to fix that, that would be great! Really though, I am quite pleased with this product. ... show more

We used it for my child who is only 75 lbs, while it worked well for a few minutes, if fell off and caused a near injury. Gave us a scare for sure. Make sure the door you are using it on has a secure lock. My latch and door are secure, I’m in a newer home and that wasn’t enough safety wise.
