Replaced the 6gal WH from our camper with this, and learned a few useful things. All sinks stayed constant hot, no issues. If water flow isn't fast enough, it'll constantly switch from hot to cold so make sure you don't have any restrictors in your shower output to shower hose. Mine actually did. I literally had to drill mine out with a minimum 1/4" bit, down into the T (was originally a 1/8" hole in a 1/2" outlet) and now this heater stays so hot so well now. No more hot/cold alternations whatsoever, stays hot the whole time. Had to turn our temps down all the way. Very impressed, was easy to install once I figured out all my changeovers and connection setup appropriately (plumbing isn't my specialty but I manage). If set up properly the 1st time, any future change outs I may desire are looking to only take about 10-20mins to complete, start to finish.

I have purchased several of these type water heaters and this is the only one that came with instructions. I don’t need them now but it is still nice. Also cam with a short gas line and some fittings. I didn’t use them so not sure exactly what they are for. I believe gas line adapters. The heater so far is working great. I hope it continues as I have not had much luck with durability. These heaters seem to be very sensitive to the proper water flow, the proper gas flow and exhaust air flow. If I were doing an install I would buy a new gas line/ regulator with the specified psi for the heater.

Bought this because my water heater was going out, got it installed 2 months ago. Do not buy this poor excuse for a water heater, it's barely a wax warmer. Take a shower, water is fine, for 40 seconds, then it may go ice cold or scalding hot. It will take 2-4 minutes running the hot water to get hot water. When you do, the cycle repeats. No hot water, may as well buy a 5 gallon pot and just boil my water.

Just kicked this bad boy on last night and Holy smokes, it heats fast! Everything seems to work beautifully, minus the fact that the package did not include the outlet exhaust pipe, everything else was spot on!

I put this water heater in my basement to replace a broken 40 gallon hot water heater. It came with a shower head that does 10 ltr / 2.6 gal per minute and that is the highest rate it can maintain temp. I gave it 4 stars because it is big enough for me. It is very quiet and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. I live alone and this unit works great for my application. I wouldn't recommend it for any household over 2 people. I live in a very cold winter climate. The description claims that this unit has freeze protection. It gets very cold in my basement in the winter. So only time will tell if this unit makes it through winter. If you live in a cold climate, make sure any instant water heater you purchase has freeze protection. This unit seems to be well worth the money. In the US make sure you get 3 of the following so you can hook up the water lines(2) and the gas line(1) to the unit . So far I am enjoying this hot water heater. I'll update in 6 months or so if it's still functioning properly. The look is ver sleek and it's easy to install and operate. I am using for my off grid property for half of my home. The other half of my home is still being built, so I might buy another one when construction is completed if I continue to have no problems with this one.
