We did not get all the couch in the first delivery. We were going back and forth with the company for a week before we got the final 2 pieces of the couch. The sofa is firm with soft pillows. Was a bit tricky to assemble and you will need a help of another person to hold parts. Each seat came in a different box. So 7 seats = 7 boxes. Awesome sofa to enjoy the night after work. Lie down and watch TV. Big enough to use as a bed for sleepover. My favorite part is it's easy to carry when transporting compared to whole sofas and you can put the seats in whatever shape of sofa you want. :) Customer service is amazing, fast responding. Wanted a sofa to adjust to different needs. Big enough to sleep two people. Love the style and the storage. Haven’t attached backrest yet, since that’s a pain. Only thing that I have to change is the plastic feet. I’m worried they scratch the floor, but that’s an easy fix. Sofa is on the harder side, but not a con.
