Taylor offers a large spectrum of guitars, 100 series through the 900 series and then many more custom type models. While researching acoustic guitars on line I watched a video piece on the Taylor manufacturing process, or building the guitars. I was amazed and the craftsmanship that goes into the build. I finally settled on the 210ce model. The East Indian rosewood back, Sitka Spruce soundboard, West African fretboard and Tropical Mahogany neck combine to make this guitar “sound” selection. A beautiful guitar that has great tonal range and is ready to get as loud as you want to go. I am a beginner guitarist so the 210ce not only meets my current needs but offers continued growth with it as my skills improve and develop. As in, I doubt I’ll ever out grow the guitar. If I find I have the musical aptitude to advance as a guitarist the 210ce is ready. As I’ve seen the range of guitars offered by Taylor the temptation to purchase more of their guitars will be great. Regardless, the 210ce will remain in the collection. It’s just that good. Just a beautifully built guitar and sound it makes keeps me picking it up daily to play. Such a sweet guitar! The gig bag is nice but only thing that would make this better is a hard shell case. Very happy with the quality of this instrument, it’s hard not to pick it up everyday. It’s became my favorite of all my guitars

    • Great guitar; great sound and action.
I find this guitar is really good for chords and a few fills, but not for leads and bending strings. Great for recording though!! Nice lower tones.
