Comes with transparent suction cups for mounting rigid back no protective casing so mount it once carefully where passengers cannot touch it since people are attracted to bright lights. There's no risk of shock but there is a risk of breakage when drunk passenger decides to play with your light. I recommend top of passengers FRONT seat not back or side for just that reason. This sign is VERY VERY bright! Almost to the point of being a distraction especially at night! But it does have a switch that makes it very convenient for switching it off when between rides. LED's are very bright and visible when mounted to the windshield. Uses a USB-A for power, and a push button switch is located near the plug, suction cups are okay for city driving, rougher roads may be moron a concern.
