Overall, I’m really happy with this tattoo gun. The machine itself is perfect — it came almost fully charged, and after using it for about 4 hours, the battery barely dropped at all. It takes a bit of getting used to holding, but that’s normal when trying out something new. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a few things were confusing. It came with a cord for an external power supply and foot pedal, but this model is wireless and rechargeable, so I didn’t need that. It also included several packs of needle cartridges that weren’t explained in the booklet — only one pack matched the instructions. Lastly, the practice skin stains easily and smears when wiped off, which makes it harder to use. Still, the machine itself works great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good wireless setup!

The battery does not charge, it only works while plugged in. The reason I bought wireless was to work without a cord in my way. And also the battery port connection on the machine itself is loose and the battery easily falls out so I have to tape up the machine to use it, which looks highly unprofessional and unclean. Now I'm stuck with the product until I can make the money to buy a new one from a different source. I used to really love this brand as well, very sad to see this.
