This frame is strong, lightweight, and fairly easy to assemble. You will likely want a second set of hands when putting it together as you will need tension on more than one point during a couple of steps.

I purchased a box spring from Ashley Furniture for $500 and it was a huge POS 💩. I'm still battling their customer service reps in the Philippines for my refund. I found this one for a fraction of the price and it fits fantastic and is very strong. It's best if you have 2 ppl to assemble and a drill with an Allen wrench bit. Lightly tighten all the screws and then tightening them all at once. I did the outside corners first and it worked well. It also was delivered a day earlier which was great for me since my mattress came the same day. ... show more

....one of the main frame rails was to long at the connecting center area. I had to cut 8" off top and bottom and re-drill bolt holes. Also, some of the cross beams did not line up evenly and had to be hammered down in place. I made it work only because I didn't want to re-pack and ship it back.
