All these reviews saying plastic is cheap... Well, in my house, it's safer. I have a 110lb dog with a tail of terror. Also, with a metal tag, why would you want a glass ball? Nothankyou. The kit came in record time. There was a mix up with the color, but a new tassel was sent out in a hurry. Great customer service! This is an American Small Business. Is the item pricey? Maybe a little, but you'd pay that at a store too, if you could find one. I have no regrets. It looks good and I'll be happy to give it to my niece.

I would not even give it 1 star. Absolutely, the worse product I have bought on Amazon (and I buy everything on Amazon). Threw it out it was so bad. Disappointed in the product that arrived.

Tassel was nice but the plastic ornament had little dents and dings in it. Not great quality for what you pay but is still a cute ornament.

Globe is thick and seems sturdy, not terribly fragile. Tassel is full and year ornament is not flimsy, won’t break. Overall good quality item!
