I got these to replace an old rickety over-the-toilet shelf that blocked the medicine cabinet from opening all the way. These were very easy to put together and screw onto the wall. I just used the screws provided, without the plastic sheetrock anchors, and they seem very sturdy. As you can see from the photo I’m not putting va lot of heavy stuff on them. Does not come assembled - you must assemble it, and once you do, it leans a little forward due to the hanging screws being on the top but on the bottom. It looks as shown, although dimensions are slightly different than indicated. It is 12" wide x 5" deep, and I bought the one that said it was 18" wide by 4" deep.
