Wish I'd bought a larger one. Purchased this for 2 foster kittens (8 weeks old). Wanted something that can be stored after they're too big for it. Ended up being too small and got a different one but before I had a chance to return this item they had a catastrophe in diarhea and got their enclosure filthy. I popped this guy up to hold them temporarily while I clean it and unlike the one they'd been staying in the climber couldn't do much with it. VERY sturdy. I'm very grateful for the stakes. The zipper is also a double zipper making it much harder for the smarty pants to figure it out without needing me to twist-tie the zipper shut. Honestly think if I'd just gone with the large size instead of small this would of been the PERFECT pen for foster kittens. I wish it was expandable to where I could attach two together so I could have a seperate one for litter box.

We purchased this for my older dog who lokes to have her own space away during the day for naps, as my other larger dog can get quite hyper. It took five minutes to set up out of the box and took a few hours to air out from the manufacturer smell, it will be easy to fold back up once you take the rods back out. Over all I love this playpen for my little dog, easy to wipe down the bottom with a rag for cleaning. I only took off one star because the front zipper is a bit flimsy and can split easily if you zip it just the wrong way, but over all the quality is great for the price and I'd get a second one for travel!

Looks like it would be sturdy. Too bad where the poles go in is all sewn shut but one. Reached out to [email protected] with video, received no response. Will return through amazon. 100% would have worked with them as the size I got was a bit too small for the dog I intended it for but even with a straight exchange, it would have worked for my pom. UPDATE they did work with me. Edit: Customer service reached out on offering return or replacement. I asked for replacement will update as this does seem like a quality control slip which everyone has. Well see. Full Stars for reaching out with options. Quickly sending out a replacement with no fuss that is sturdy with no defects and a nice pocket.

Purchased for my sisters new pup. It is very cute, easy to fold and move. After a few mths the pup tore the side out (puppies will be pups). I wish the material was of better quality and maybe it would have lasted longer. My sister put it out on the porch after it was torn and the dog still gets into it.

***Update: the seller contacted me on their own with a very nice message and offered a partial reimbursement for the missing rod. Great customer service and I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Cute product, but not the strongest. Some of the Velcro ripped right off the first time I tried to use it. Also, it was missing one of the rods so I had to go buy a dowel so it would stay up.

Love the portability of the playpen going to be great for traveling. It's a medium and bigger than expected. Only issue I have is the velcros to hold the poles in are not attached very well. A few of them are not sewing to the playpen.
