4 stars because it does what it’s suppose to do and it heats up fast! This helped my tremendously for my business, it’s easy to use, doesn’t require a lot of water, and the timer is a nice little touch. But the logo on it is coming off, the black ink on the timer knob is also just wiping off, and the inside has these small debris every time I use it, and yes the lid is faulty steam just comes out but it doesn’t take away from heating the towels just annoying to see. But if it wasn’t for the bad quality I’d give it 5 stars.

So I ended up using this item for the first time today, even though I purchased this item with gift cards from Christmas. I’ve wanted something like this for a very long time so when I finally opened up the container after I put it on the 10 minute timer, and the only thing that was wet was the lid. The Towels were not wet at all. When I bought this, I’m expecting wet towels, not towels that I take out and they aren’t even hot for more than five seconds. It was the weirdest thing. It was literally like taking something out of the oven that you’ve been baking for 10 minutes and it’s just Completely cold after just seconds of it being out of the oven. Now is this user error, it’s a pretty straightforward process so I would lean on no but I’ll just have to find a better alternative.
