Speaking as a 70-something woman... this is the best mascara I have used in years. I have very fine, short lashes and for years have used almost every volumizing mascara out there. As I've gotten older, and my lashes were fewer, all the volumizing mascara did for me was clump the thin lashes I actually had. A friend recommended the tartelette tubing mascara. At first, I had a hard time adjusting to it but after a couple uses, I was really thrilled. It's not necessary to put a ton of mascara on the lashes - I curl my lashes first, do a couple light swipes of the mascara upward and I quickly brush the lashes to fan them out. Then do the other eye - same procedure. Then repeat. I only do 2 coats. Any more than 2 and I find my lashes clump together again. The mascara stays on nicely with no smudging and it washes nicely with mild soap. Ive been using this a couple months now and this is my second purchase. I hope this helps!

I love, Love, LOVE this mascara!!! It goes on so easily, and it has never clumped on me, nor smeared! I don’t have raccoon eyes at the end of the night, and it comes off easily with soap and water or just a damp makeup cloth! Furthermore, I love how it comes in a travel size, which I prefer to use for everyday use because it is always fresh- I get to use all of the mascara before it gets too old and starts drying out and getting ‘clumpy’! It’s cheaper to get the larger size but I am perfectly happy with this travel size, am ordering another one ASAP! Hope this is helpful!!!

I have short, straight, slightly downturned lashes, so most mascaras either weigh them down or barely show up. The Tarte Tartelette Tubing Mascara surprised me—in the photo, that’s just two coats with no lash curling at all. It lifted my lashes more than I expected, added visible length, and didn’t clump even when I layered. The formula feels lightweight, so my lashes don’t droop throughout the day, and removal is super easy with warm water. If you struggle with stubborn lashes like mine, this one actually makes a noticeable difference.

I absolutely love the way this mascara looks and applies. It makes my very thin eyelashes look full which is not easy to do. The only negative is that the product itself doesn't last long. After about 2 weeks it was too dry to apply. And for the price, I can't keep purchasing it 2 times a month. So I suggest maybe using it for certain times instead of a daily look. Unless you can afford it

I feel silly adding yet another 5 star review… but I had to!! I was a diehard cover girl lash volume girl! Literally for like 15 years…. My sister gifted me one of her tarte mascaras… Love at first use!! I was hooked immediately! It goes on so easily and extends your lashes in the most beautiful way. The very best part is how well it comes off with water! Literally just wipes off. Absolutely amazing. No rubbing at all , just slides right off. I will say it is extremely pricey and probably won’t ever pay full price for it, even though it is 100% worth it. I stocked up during prime day when it was half off. This mascara will change your life!! Also don’t sleep on the brown. It’s gorgeous!

I have SUPER sensitive eyes these days and also oily skin, so mascara usually gets all over my face as well as starts giving me eye problems only an hour or two in. THIS ONE DOES NOT! This mascara stays where it is supposed to and does not irritate my eyes at all! It works well with no clumps or flaking and does not smudge off under my eyes or on my eyelids no matter how oily my face gets. I will be buying this again!

I so do not get the hype on tubing mascara. I'm thankful I only ordered the travel size and didn't pay for a full size. This mascara is NO different than your typical mascara. The ONLY thing that makes it different is that after I wash it off I don't have racoon eyes...that's a plus. Otherwise, yes it clumps - especially the thicker you apply to get full coverage. Maybe it doesn't clump as bad as some brands, but it does clump. You can literally see that in pictures people have posted on their reviews. Maybe everyone has a different idea of what a clumpy mascara is. At any rate, I can't believe how many times I had to put the wand into the mascara tube and apply to my eyes to get the full effect of thick lashes as seen in some of these photos. Do yourself a favor and try essense mascara at $5 a pop for a full tube and the effect will be exactly the same without as much effort.

I had high hopes for this mascara, and you know how when you get a new bottle sometimes there is extra product on the wand? I wasn’t sure about this at first, but if you close your eye and twist the wand, it works a LOT better! So awesome! Separated, super lengthened, no clumps, just looks fantastic! I am in love!!!
