Welp, I’ve been buying mascara for decades and can’t seem to buy the same makeup twice in a row because I always want to try something new but let me tell you — this mascara is a no-brainer! I’ve bought it WAY more than anything else because every time I think nah, there’s got to be something new/better on the market, I realize I made a mistake and then buy this one again two months later. It separates, lengthens, adds volume, does not flake or clump, is thin and smooth, and the brush gets every tiny lash. I use just one coat before putting on falsies. Also use it on lower lashes (but if you cook or work in a steamy environment, it will eventually transfer a bit). Always go for the mini. By the time it would be drying out, it’s empty. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a mascara that thickens in the right places, lengthens & feathers out softly, yet just right, doesn't clump or flake and this is the WATERPROOF version! This is my favorite mascara. If you’re a maneater in the streets and a cry baby in the sheets I highly recommend the water proof version. I cry. A lot. And you can’t even tell. This mascara sets well and doesn’t really clump.

I've been wearing Lights Camera Splashes for about 6 years now, but thought maybe I should try a new product and see if it was better. My Answer: Nope. THis mascara was a big disappointment, especially for the price. Flaked, spotted and smudged on me all day, I looked like a racoon! I returned it and bought my old standard, which I am sorry to see they no longer carry on Amazon. I think that is a mistake, and Splashes is the BEST mascara if you want big waterproof mascara. Yes you need to take it off, but it sure stayed on better than this! ... show more
