This review is based on comparing this to similar products; I did not try to compare this to a handmade, custom piece of furniture. For the cost and the Prime delivery convenience, this is a fantastic little table! I have been looking for about a month for a vanity table and stool and finally decided on this due to the reviews, size, color and cost. It came very well packaged with a lot of styrofoam blocks and that is really the only thing that annoyed me (if you could call it that) because the styrofoam tended to fly everywhere. It only took me an hour to put together and I was watching Game of Thrones, playing with our dog and checking on dinner during that whole time. The bench is very sturdy and the seat seems to be made of a microfiber material. The table has small, pine bracing blocks underneath for stability and it works well. The color is smooth and consistent and has no offensive smell. The drawer does not have glides, but works well sliding anyway and, in truth, I would no expect glides for this price point. The depth is great to be able to put makeup organizers on (see picture) and the top is easy to clean. One corner had a small spot where the color had been knocked off so I used a black Sharpie and worked like a charm (see picture). When I was looking, I found stools that cost more than this whole set so I am very happy with my purchase. Sorry, Amazon doesn't like me today and keeps loading my pictures sideways.

I purchased the three mirror vanity and it is absolutely beautiful! The packaging was superb as others have said and there was not one mark or blemish on the entire piece (until my son decided to help unwrap a package of legs). It is more of a satin rather than a high gloss finish and there does appear to be a lot of red in the table top, but very pretty. It is super easy to put together, it took me about 35-40 minutes from opening, sorting pieces and having it completely in place in my room. I did receive directions for assembly, but it is so easy I do not think I would have needed them, but the fact that they give you a few extra washers, bolts and screws, I suppose it could be confusing. The side mirrors are on hinges and can be folded in without rubbing on the table top of the vanity (I was worried about this). The mirrors are all regular mirrors. The legs of the vanity are solid wood, but the wood is soft so if you drop a leg on another it will most likely dent. The table top, mirrors, and drawer are MDF, this includes the angled blocks that the screws go through to align with holes in legs. That means, do not over tighten them or the block will bow and I imagine could crack. The stool is very solid in construction and appears that both the frame of the seat and the legs are solid wood, but again soft. The vanity feels very sturdy, but with the leg blocks being MDF I could see those cracking if not treated with care when moving. I would not slide it over any surface, especially carpeting and covered with heavy objects. With that being said, I do believe if cared for properly this piece of furniture will last a very long time and stay quite pretty. The only negative and it had nothing to do with the furniture itself is that I am a little too tall for the mirror. I am 5' 11" and after reading the review who said it fit his wife of the same height I must conclude she must have a much shorter torso than I do:) I will likely prop the vanity up on stained 2x4 blocks to add height so I don't have to hunch forward to see my head above my eyebrows! Such is life when you are tall.

I love this. I finally got around to setting it up in my spare room I'm turning into a "dressing room" for myself. I went back and forth on so many different vanities. My biggest thing was I wanted one I could do my hair at. My parents house I always had a trifold mirror so I could curl the back of my hair. I was unsure of the measurements for the actual mirrors on this (so I didn't know if I was gonna be able to see the back of my head). I looked so many places local and online. It's actually difficult to find one that's not a whole dresser and not like $500+ I'm a single 22 yr old I own my own home so that kinna money for something was a little out of the question. I had this in my cart for a few days and finally went for it. I was so excited when it came. The box was WAY heavier than I expected! I ended up taking it piece by piece out of the box upstairs just because I wasn't strong enough to do it on my own. It was VERY easy to set up. I am a little stronger than I think sometimes and split the wood tightening one screw on the stool too much but it didn't damage the integrity of this stool. I'm about 190lbs and 5'7" and I didn't feel nervous sitting at it at all. I fit comfortably at it. Which was another concern being tall for a girl. The drawer handle is screwed on backwards for shipping purposes and that got me trying to figure out the drawer the first time feeling silly. One leg was slightly damaged.. most likely in shipping. Just chipped a little I just put it to the back and you can't even tell. Again no integrity to the vanity itself so I didn't find it a concern although I'm sure they would have replaced if I had contacted them. I love this. I got the espresso because my house is a rustic theme and I liked the mocha colored seat cover. It's very cute and I could definitely put this in my bedroom if I needed to move someone into my other bedroom because it's very simple and perfect size especially for the price! Couldn't be more ecstatic. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 was the mirror back holes were crooked, the leg had damage and the back of one of the side mirrors also had slight damage. Nothing causing integrity or even noticeable. I wanted to post a picture but I'm not sure how to. But I'd definitely recommend this especially at the cost! Also for the people like me trying to figure out the mirror sizes each of the small side mirrorswithout the framing is about 6 inches and the main mirror is about 10 1/2 without frame. The stool is about 15 inches and without me sitting on it has about 6 inches from the top of the cushion to under the drawer to give you an idea of leg room. Over all I'm extremely happy!

I put this together myself-actually very easy. I had a little trouble getting the handle on the drawer, but when I turned the handle over and tried it again it went on easy. I guess maybe there is actually a top and bottom and I had it upside down...who knows. Anyway, I used it this morning to do my hair and makeup and I like it a lot. All of my makeup fits in the drawer, which is actually deeper and longer than I expected, so I don't have to leave it out on the top which makes it look neater. I had a touch light at home which I mounted on the top of this for light. I would not have liked it so much without adding the light, but that's only because the room I have it in is not that bright and the light is behind me so I block it when sitting at the mirror. It looks small, but I am fairly tall (5'8") and large (overweight) and I fit at it just fine. It does not seem small at all when sitting at it, just when looking down at it for some reason. I did notice one nick in the leg this morning, but since I didn't notice it last night I don't know if it was there when it shipped or if I did it while I was putting it together and moving it around.

i needed a new vanity since the other room i use i had to give up. i needed a small vanity but with enough space to hold my lighted mirror and brushes. i ended up fitting this between my dresser and tall dresser, allowing me more room to put some brushes on the dresser table top. the vanity fit lighted mirror, a lipstick holder (18 acrylic) and a small rectangular holder for some of my brushes (i have a lot of brushes & makeup) very nicely and didnt look too crowded either. also, i was able to put quite a lot of things in the little drawer, it came in very handy! i was truly surprised how much it held! i used 2 of my dresser drawers to store other makeup vanity items i have as well. it turned out much better than i had thought it would and the vanity matched our expresso bedroom set almost exactly, as if it was part of our set! (from jeromes) i am very pleased with this purchase! my husband also put it together very quickly. the bench is a light faux like suede, light beige as pictured, just for keeping it clean i wish it were a darker color. the mirror it came with is nice, however i am used to my lighted mirror. had i had more space, i would have looked for a vanity with drawers and a bigger top, but if you have limited space, like i did, this is definitely worth it!

Given that the vanity set is less than $100, I didn't expect a 100% satisfactory product. However, I still spent ~$90 for the product and am very disappointed with the results even with my low expectations. Functional issues: 1.) The biggest issue with the product I received is that one of the front legs of the desk is shorter than the others to the point where slightly leaning an elbow on the table to do makeup will make the entire desk wobble. Essentially, placing makeup on the vanity table is impossible as it is not sturdy enough. Quite disappointing as (for me) the whole point of the vanity table was to place makeup on it as well. 2.) The mirror fits unevenly within the 2 wooden bar pieces that help to hold up the mirror. In other words, the mirror does fit, but it is crooked, causing the bottom corner of the crooked mirror to hit and rub the wooden supporting bar every time I try to adjust the mirror angle. It's an annoying design error since it hinders the mirror to smoothly move the way it's supposed to. Aesthetic Issues: 1.) There's a huge visible deep crack running up the wood on one of the wooden supporting bars that hold up the mirror. It's just ugly and honestly unfortunate to see everytime but at least it doesn't hinder functionality for now.... Closing thoughts: It's a nice idea to have everything (a vanity table, chair, and mirror) all for under $100 - it seems that others may have had success stories with their product. Unfortunately, after my specific experience, I would not recommend this product. Quite frankly, because of the functional issues, I want to return the defective product, but it will cost me more money and effort that I don't think is worth for me to follow through with returning. I just feel stuck now with the heavy, defective product and it's only collecting dust in the corner of the apartment.

This little vanity is perfect! I purchased it in espresso to match my bedroom furniture. I have very little space but needed a nice vanity for doing my makeup. It arrived very securely packaged in a sturdy box, and all pieces were wrapped with foam paper. All the nuts and bolts and washers were secured inside little "baggies", and none of the pieces were missing or broken. I put this together with no tools, only what came in the box. It only took about 40 minutes! I love that the holes for the screws are perfectly aligned (no wobbling or re-drilling needed). The bench is very sturdy (I weigh about 244lbs). The table isn't huge, and it has one shallow drawer, I put my large eyeshadow pallets and a few beauty sponges in it. The mirror tilts, but I'm not sure what purpose it serves. I have a 7-drawer makeup organizer from Staples, another organizer from Ulta, and a brush holder from e.l.f. All three fit on the table and I can still see the mirror, with a little tabletop space leftover. I still need to figure out the best lighting solution, since I don't want to put anything else on the table. But overall, no complaints. This table delivered everything I needed. GREAT table for the price! I may purchase another one in white for my daughter.

It is super cheap, so I ended up picking this over a desk, which any decent one would be more pricy. I was using a drafting table for all of my makeup, makeup tools and stand mirror, as well as all my art supplies and study stuff. Which made it ultimately messy and forced me to have to make a choice. I honestly wish I had waited and tried to find something that was either a) secondhand b) vintage or antique (technically the same, but older), c) attempted to build my own, or d) did not have toxic flame retardants. I HIGHLY recommend, if you choose to purchase this, to AIR it out outside before assembling or setting it up in a room. A lot of people do not know this, but "fire safety" standards and "flame retardants" in laboratory tests showed "no noticeable difference" in actually slowing down a fire. That means when you buy this product, you take it out in your house, and you can probably smell the toxins, they are now airborne in your house. You put it together, and the toxins are rubbing onto your hands. The toxins are meant to last on the product, and although it loses some potency over time, it tends to stick around for quite awhile in your home. It was easy to put together, but I would obviously have waited around if I had known. Never assume, this is still furniture and very likely toxic. I assumed the paint might be, but did not know just how bad this product was. I paid for it, and will be keeping it for awhile, but will replace in the future with something better. The mirror is not bad, but the table WOBBLES. this was not fixable upon removing and replacing leg(s). The drawer is okay, a little annoying to use, and is not removable during assembly.
