Durable - I tried to cover an old metal frame over a swinging hammock and I really did think that this tarp was going to rip, but it held up very well. I used this tarp while camping and it shielded from intense wind very nicely. It did not get damp either in wet conditions. It has lots of tie down holes all along the edges that fit standard bungee hooks through, which is a deal breaker for me. One issue I take with it, hence the 4 stars, is that one of the metal rings in those tie down holes fell out as soon I opened the package. I don't like that and there's no way for me to put that ring back in without being certain it will not fall out again. When you try to tie down a tarp without that metal ring, you risk ripping the tarp.

I knew this was a thicker tarp than I tend to use. But I was surprised at how heavy duty it is. I love it! It will hold up a lot longer than your thinner blue tarp. And the color works better when you are using in in the yard. Looks way less tacky covering up dry firewood. I hope this brand is still around when the tarp finally wears out - none last forever! I'll be back to buy more of this kind.

This is a nice tarp and it is heavier than the blue ones I'm used to. I think it will last longer also. I knocked of a star cuz I feel like it was a tad expensive.
