The Targus USB-C 4k Dual Video dock was provided by my employer and it's one of the worst pieces of expensive IT equipment I have ever used. It regularly drops devices. Display connections are unreliable (verified it's not the cables). Get weird video artifacts about 60% of the time I switch my monitors over to the input. I have to switch inputs back and forth several times to get to go away. It will lose USB devices and no amount of port switching will get them back unless you reboot. The product says nowhere in the description that it does not have a USA plug. We could not even test the product, and the seller does not pay for return shipping which is very expensive. More than what the product costs. Spend the extra 50 or so bucks and buy a dock from Anker or Plugable.
