This is a great budget gaming mouse for the money it looks nice and doesn't feel too light or cheap. It is not heavy by any means but it seems decently made. The software has lots of options for tweaking the DPI and movement and assigning different functions to the buttons. The software is a bit lacking in the RGB mode settings though. I am not sure if you can adjust the RGB effects from the mouse but you can do it from the software however there aren't many different modes, but the effects it does have are pretty nice. The software comes on a mini DVD so you will need to find a PC with an optical drive (pretty rare these days). The software is only 4.35 megabytes and it installed quickly and easily. The mouse has a black braided cord that is a little stiff and feels like it needs some breaking in. The cord is decently long enough but not detachable though. The ergonomics are ok and the buttons feel nice and clicky but there is some bendability and play on the plastic buttons towards the front of the mouse and you might want to press on them from further back from the tip which is a little less ergonomic. ... show more

I’m just using this as a regular mouse. I will say this is a pretty nice mouse - very fast, and the flashing colors are kind of flashy. I had to set the speed lower on the mac I had it hooked too, as it was a bit too responsive. Other aspects of the mouse, scrolling etc all were just fine. If you are trying to use this as a gaming mouse and want to use the software that is on the mini disk that came with it - that may be difficult to impossible - current computer does not have a CD drive, and i’m not convinced I would try it on a slot loaded CD rom either. ... show more

There is driver software for this thing, but I was able to plug and play just fine. Lights are pretty neat, and have some customization options you can use just from the mouse buttons. The weight could have been a bit more, but otherwise a pretty decent mouse.

This mouse is pretty good, I love that I can adjust the sensitivity of the mouse fairly easily but I don't like that you have to have a disk that you get the software for the mouse off of (which is apparently more of a shortcut to a link to the software). I don't have a disk drive in my computer so I wasn't able to actually use the disk. I really don't like that I had to basically Google and download the software from a Google Drive link someone posted. Aside from the large issue with the software, it's a good mouse. The light options for it is a little lacking but honestly that's just a small cosmetic issue that doesn't take away from this rating. So, I got this mouse just in the knick-of-time. My previous Logitech gaming mouse had an issue where the DPI sensitivity would randomly change. I think maybe the button was shorting out. Well, I got this one and it has worked well. I plugged it into my Windows 10 PC, and it worked right away. I did not have to install any drivers. The mouse does come with a mini driver CD, but I didn't bother to see what's on it. Not sure why other reviews had an issue with drivers, because it was just plug-n-play for me. You can change the DPI with the button on the mouse, so no need for software. Outside that, I love the RGB color of it, showing through the mesh hexagon grill. Looks super rad. Also, the mouse is extremely lightweight, and the hex grill feels cool. So far this mouse has delivered. ... show more

The mouse is very nice in the hand, well balanced but very lightweight. It is probably 1 gram or less. with a matt finish face that has plenty of hexagonal-shaped holes, it has a good grip. The middle button ( in the wheel) has a satisfying click to it. The mouse even has a DPI button on it, which is not uncommon in this mouse category. I am not sure how well the DPI button works though. I will certainly buy another one soon. There is a software disk in it, but who has a CD ROM anymore? The software looks dated (from the manual in the box) but I am not going to install it anytime soon. The wire is breaded but it is very thin. ... show more

This is a smooth moving mouse and the colors change smoothly when on. I had to turn down the mouse pointer movement because even on the standard mid-way setting it was a bit fast for desktop use. If you like a fast mouse you can make this one super fast. Once I turned it down it worked fine for me. The clicks are nice and clean and I like how it feels like it just conforms right to my hand. This mouse is amazing! While I do wish that it were wireless, that is such a minor thing. The mouse fits nicely within my hand providing comfort. The lights are gorgeous on this as they change through usage- the lights put off more of a rainbow color as it does not stay one color it's more gradient pastel colors. Scroll bar scrolls seamlessly and motion is pretty on point with how I move the mouse. Overall great piece! ... show more
