The mouse works well at the price point. Meanwhile software on a disc that is not always included says allot when the page say to contact the seller. Additionally contacting the seller can be a hassle when you just need a link to the software. Easy solution, instead of notifying on the page a link can be provided. This mouse is pretty good, I love that I can adjust the sensitivity of the mouse fairly easily but I don't like that you have to have a disk that you get the software for the mouse off of (which is apparently more of a shortcut to a link to the software). I don't have a disk drive in my computer so I wasn't able to actually use the disk. I really don't like that I had to basically Google and download the software from a Google Drive link someone posted. Aside from the large issue with the software, it's a good mouse. The light options for it is a little lacking but honestly that's just a small cosmetic issue that doesn't take away from this rating. It is largely the software issue that takes it from being a five star to a three star.

This clever gaming mouse is quite a surprise in its features. There are only a few pre-programmed lighting effects, but they are very attractive. This mouse does a better job here than many big-name manufacturers. Press the left primary button with the DPI button to rotate among the great options. Physically, the mouse is also a generous size, and my large hands were very comfortable on it. The quality braided cable is also plenty long. For gaming, many cheap gaming mice have left and right buttons that will "squish" beyond their press-down point. This mouse showed its higher quality by not having this problem. And for the price, the number of buttons is top-of-class. There are left and right primaries, a clickable scroll wheel, forward and back thumb buttons, a further auxiliary button behind the scroll wheel, and a DPI button behind that. The DPI ranges from 800 to 8000 and is announced by color feedback, as the manual specifies. As a Mac user, I had no issues with plug-and-play operation. However, it's disappointing that the customization software is for Windows and Linux only, but that's par for the course. Moreover, that the software comes on a miniature CD is shocking for 2023. Even if you have a CD drive, it must be a tray loader, not a slot loader, for this mini CD to work! The instructions offer an email address to request an attached version, but this isn't a high-security idea. Is providing a public download link that difficult? If you manage to run the software, it offers extraordinary customizability for such an inexpensive mouse. I've yet to see better from more prominent brand names. Considering the superb lighting, good build quality, and overall sound design, I like the mouse so much at this price point that I can overlook the support software quirks. It's a great budget choice for anyone, especially gamers.

This is a great budget gaming mouse for the money it looks nice and doesn't feel too light or cheap. It is not heavy by any means but it seems decently made. The software has lots of options for tweaking the DPI and movement and assigning different functions to the buttons. The software is a bit lacking in the RGB mode settings though. I am not sure if you can adjust the RGB effects from the mouse but you can do it from the software however there aren't many different modes, but the effects it does have are pretty nice. The software comes on a mini DVD so you will need to find a PC with an optical drive (pretty rare these days). The software is only 4.35 megabytes and it installed quickly and easily. The mouse has a black braided cord that is a little stiff and feels like it needs some breaking in. The cord is decently long enough but not detachable though. The ergonomics are ok and the buttons feel nice and clicky but there is some bendability and play on the plastic buttons towards the front of the mouse and you might want to press on them from further back from the tip which is a little less ergonomic.

The media could not be loaded. I got this mouse because I was looking for a budget option for a gaming PC I was testing. I found a decent deal on a relatively nice gaming PC, but I needed to buy peripherals for it. I used Amazon for the keyboard and this mouse. For $15 I am pleasantly surprised with the performance, as well as the speed of the mouse. It is truly a budget friendly value. It does not feel as if it is made of the highest quality materials, but that is another reason why it is so light and mobile. I actually prefer the feel of the lighter materials and my hand when I'm gaming. I have pretty large hands, and this feels very nice when I have my hand in the gaming position. I do like the RBG light settings on it, and the fact that the software provider allows you to customize them. I use the 8000 DPI on some games, and the setting just below it on others. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, and recommend the product.
