There is driver software for this thing, but I was able to plug and play just fine. Lights are pretty neat, and have some customization options you can use just from the mouse buttons. The weight could have been a bit more, but otherwise a pretty decent mouse.

This mouse is pretty good, I love that I can adjust the sensitivity of the mouse fairly easily but I don't like that you have to have a disk that you get the software for the mouse off of (which is apparently more of a shortcut to a link to the software). I don't have a disk drive in my computer so I wasn't able to actually use the disk. I really don't like that I had to basically Google and download the software from a Google Drive link someone posted. Aside from the large issue with the software, it's a good mouse. The light options for it is a little lacking but honestly that's just a small cosmetic issue that doesn't take away from this rating. So, I got this mouse just in the knick-of-time. My previous Logitech gaming mouse had an issue where the DPI sensitivity would randomly change. I think maybe the button was shorting out. Well, I got this one and it has worked well. I plugged it into my Windows 10 PC, and it worked right away. I did not have to install any drivers. The mouse does come with a mini driver CD, but I didn't bother to see what's on it. Not sure why other reviews had an issue with drivers, because it was just plug-n-play for me. You can change the DPI with the button on the mouse, so no need for software. Outside that, I love the RGB color of it, showing through the mesh hexagon grill. Looks super rad. Also, the mouse is extremely lightweight, and the hex grill feels cool. So far this mouse has delivered. ... show more

The mouse is very nice in the hand, well balanced but very lightweight. It is probably 1 gram or less. with a matt finish face that has plenty of hexagonal-shaped holes, it has a good grip. The middle button ( in the wheel) has a satisfying click to it. The mouse even has a DPI button on it, which is not uncommon in this mouse category. I am not sure how well the DPI button works though. I will certainly buy another one soon. There is a software disk in it, but who has a CD ROM anymore? The software looks dated (from the manual in the box) but I am not going to install it anytime soon. The wire is breaded but it is very thin. ... show more

This is a smooth moving mouse and the colors change smoothly when on. I had to turn down the mouse pointer movement because even on the standard mid-way setting it was a bit fast for desktop use. If you like a fast mouse you can make this one super fast. Once I turned it down it worked fine for me. The clicks are nice and clean and I like how it feels like it just conforms right to my hand. This mouse is amazing! While I do wish that it were wireless, that is such a minor thing. The mouse fits nicely within my hand providing comfort. The lights are gorgeous on this as they change through usage- the lights put off more of a rainbow color as it does not stay one color it's more gradient pastel colors. It works great with many customizable settings for the Mac but you have to install the software driver that comes with it. It fits the average adult hand nicely. The lights are cool.

It comes with a mini-CD that has the drivers. There are clear instructions on the CD envelop to copy the file to your computer before running the program or else it will freeze your DVD drive. Well, when you load it, the drive hums and stops and hums and stops over and over again eventually you realize it's not going to give you access to the disk. So the driver program must be an auto-run and you'll never be able load and run it from your computer. This is what Catch 22 is all about. That means you won't be able to manage all its special features. I give it two stars because the mouse still functions as a mouse - although very sensitive - and you can control that sensitivity through Microsoft's mouse management utility. It is somewhat lighter than I like for a mouse and, again, too sensitive. It is pretty colorful though. ... show more
