    • Whats a waste of money..
This is the second Taramps DS 800×2 I bought and its pure crap. The amp plays good at low wattage, but when you put the power on I here gun shots in my speakers. I had an DS 800×4 with no issues but this DS 800×2 have to be recalled. Its now finish building, something is missing.

Worked great for 2 hours then died. No clue why. Professionally installed. Won’t be using this again tho. Not taking a chance.

My jaw dropped when I heard how much clear sound came out of that small amp ! Great product !!

    • These are VERY underated amps for power.
Im' still new to Taramps, but thus far I'm extremely impressed with them. They don't seem to get hot, and put out a LOT more watts than they're rated at. Only reason for the 4 stars is it doesn't have a remote Bass boost knob, if you're using it for bass,, that's a *must have*
