It is sturdy, tall, has a lot of holes and hiding spots, our kittens love it! I love the soft texture. It was easy to put together and one of our babies couldn’t even resist getting in it before we were done putting it together!

Purchased because the store bought ones are ridiculous in price. This one is affordable and very easy to assemble. The house is a little small on it so my cat will outgrow it pretty quick but aside from that, it is a lot sturdier than expected.

I ordered the large tree for my 5 month old cat (Siamese mix so not terribly big). Box came with instructions and all pieces, including an extra of each screw. The video on the items page is also very helpful if the booklet instructions confuse you. I’m not sure if the video is new as I see some reviews are saying they were confused on how to build but even if it doesn’t come with instructions you can build it. Easy to assemble, sturdy and cat loves it! Some of the fuzzies came off onto the scratching posts but he doesn’t care so I don’t care. Bigger than I thought it would be but he can grow into it. I wanted a cheap, large cat tower for my kitties. I was concerned how study this tower would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t really move at all, and I don’t have it attached to the wall. My cats enjoy it and play/sleep on all of the levels. The baskets are surprisingly study, and my largest cat likes to curl up and sleep in them. I would note that there are two baskets on this tower; one of the baskets is mounted in two spots whereas the other basket is only mounted in one spot. I feel like the one mounted spot basket is slightly less stable than the other one. The carpet material is kind of thin, but it is soft, and my cats haven’t clawed it yet. They have stuck to clawing the posts. I’d buy this tower again and recommend it. ... show more

    • Missing a part, so dissapointing!

The package is missing a crucial part (the board section that sticks out near the bottom - the ledge). Unfortunately, I can't just ask for part C to be shipped, I have to return the whole thing. Tree quality is a little cheap; I can see the metal staples on the pillars.
