The tower was easy to assemble and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and how sturdy it is for the price! My kitten absolutely loves it but so do my grandkids. Sometimes the cat can't get in the bed because there are babies and stuffed animals "sleeping" in it. LOL

product came in a box with instructions on how to put it together… the tree was easy to assemble up until the part where you attach the ladder to the next stand… it was missing one of the attachments to hold it together but it’s still sturdy enough with just the one. (I recommend bolting it in the middle since there’s only one attachment.(H&Dpieces). Other than that my kitten loves it and is already sleeping on it ... show more

This was a bit harder to put together that I thought it would be but our cats love it! It's made well and very nice for them to share. The little basket is a big hit and they all love the house at the bottom of it. It's made very well and a great value.

    • Poor quality and can't be assembled properly

I was excited to receive this and set it up for my kitty, but was immediately disappointed. The product was dirty right out of the box. The scratching material was stapled on and the staples were exposed to the exterior, which could be a safety hazard for your cat's claws and paw pads. The material was thin polyester and not soft. I thought my opinion may improve after assembly, but 10 minutes into assembling I noticed that there were holes missing for the screws, and realized that the instructions were faulty. Instead of using 8 single-headed screws on the first step, you will want to use double ended screws for the top instead of single ended screws (except the lower left quadrant). Otherwise, you will have to remove screws and be left with an unstable product. My kit did not include enough double ended screws for this, and so my product is unstable unless I would like to make a trip to the hardware store, spend more money, and reassemble it entirely. I realize this was only $40, but it isn't even worth that. ... show more

I couldn't use this for my cat because she was waaaay too big. That is an error on my part as I should have measured. This is good quality strong and secure, easy to build instructions are iffy but it's pretty easy to figure out. Took me about 20 minutes to build this and who I ended up giving it to had kittens who LOVED this, highly reccomended for kittens! ... show more
