Very comfortable and stretchy. The length is a bit longer than what I wanted does pass my knee a few inches. Around the waist I'm a 32-34 i bought the large size shorts as recommended in the description and I'd say it's spot on. I love the little details like the shiny button has a rose gold look to it. These are definitely shorts you need to iron before wearing as you can see in the pictures I posted. I can't find anything negative to say besides i wish they weren't as long in length. To be fair if you folded the shorts there is a matching inlay design that matches the stripes on the pockets so i guess if you decide to wear them that way it won't be as long (included picture to explain what I mean). And if I'm being very picky i really wish the metal on the draw strings matched the color on the buttons on the pockets (picture shows what I mean dark grey metal on drawstrings vs rose gold button with black design). Just an FYI none of the bottoms actually do anything. The ones on the back or front don't button anything up they are there strictly for show and honestly I'm not even mad at it. Take away. Love the shorts they are comfortable, look amazing with a plain colored shirt or even beach relaxed look maybe with a button up and some low cut shoes. The waistband makes it I don't have to tighten the drawstrings but it's good to have if I have heavy things in my pockets. I could wear these with about anything I like the look and pretty unique. Year update: A year later shorts are still here and good condition. I've cut my lawn, done mechanic work, gone to the beach and everything else in these shorts. They dry up pretty quick so I tend to wear these over my swim shorts like if I go to a restaurant or something then after going to beach or pool. if I get them wet I'm not too worked up about it because I know the bottom doesn't stay wet for long (along the waistband it will because it's thicker) They got a few spots and stains but that's my fault. These are my go to shorts to hang out around the house or head to the beach. I'd recommend them. If you don't abuse them like I did, they are a good comfortable short to hang out with and go out with that look great.

I am a 6ft-4inch, 190lb male with a 34in-ish waist. I have been having a difficult time finding shorts that do not stop many inches above my knees, which is fine if you are female. I am most comfortable with with no more than two, preferably one inch above knees. These shorts (size large) that are also stylish and very comfortable, came in the one inch range. I will buy more in different colors as I am sure to be wearing them often. Other things to note that I really like, is both the front and rear pockets are deep enough to accommodate a typical larger smart phone. While it looks like there is a front zipper, it actually does not have that feature. (I did find one other brand that had the length I desired with that handy feature of a front zipper, but of these choices, they were the only two out of many dozens of other brands). If you can relate to the above description, I think you will be very happy with this product.

Nicer than expected. The buttons on the back pockets are just for show so you can't actually button them to secure your treasures. Not something I mind but just FYI. Also, the drawstring appears to be cotton or some natural fiber as opposed to nylon, and it became easily snagged on some unrelated velcro I was cutting while wearing these shorts, and it kind of pulled apart a bit when I removed the velcro that had attached itself. So the drawstring easily snags on velcro but I mean, how random is that? Otherwise no issues and the pockets are DEEP.

First of all, I like these shorts. I bought two colors. Immediately upon receipt I used my pocket knife to cut the buttons off, giving the shorts a much more casual appearance. The legs are long and slim. After I get enough things I need altered in a pile, I'll have them take an inch off the legs. For this price range the shorts get a 4 star.
