In our home we have two teenage daughters - enough said. By the time they finish their five hour shower (slightly exaggerated), my husband and I have warm to cold showers. Some days that's okay after a good workout, but not for a daily occurrence. A good friend of mine suggested trying a tankless water heater, and that they put one of these in their home years ago and it is a game changer. I did some research and came across this Tankless electric water heater. From the description, this seemed aligned with what we were hoping to find. I decided to go ahead and try this and find out if it REALLY helps keep the hot water going for my family. Below, I will outline the important factors I considered that ultimately led me to choose this one over other similar ones on the market. *Design: Electric & Tankless Water heater- Under sink-LCD display-Simple operation-Endless hot water *Functionality: once installed, we noticed an immediate difference. We cheered the first night everyone had a nice hot shower. *Ease of use: the LCD display clearly displays all the navigational and operational functions. I find this to be very user friendly - in terms of the display *Endless hot water- has versatile ways to use- not just for the shower- but also in the kitchen, bath and more *Variety: they offer this with two options. -the one I selected is the 18KW 240Volts -the other is 14kW 240 Volts *Dimensions for your reference: 11.14"W x 15.87"H *Safety feature: auto shut off -separation of water and electricity - feel confident about these safety features All in all, I find that this was something my family could have used eons ago. Nevertheless, we have this now and we won't be without ever again. The unit is very durable and it is clear that they only used premium grade material. This makes me believe the unit will have longevity. Therefore, based on these findings and facts, I most certainly would recommend this to other consumers. So many plumbers are going to these and I never knew why until I got this one. It is amazing! It was easy to install and it works great. It has all the power I need to make hot water for a lengthy time period. I love that we don't run out of hot water. We do still have a gas water heater. We just use this one when that is suddenly cold or our princess of a boy has taken an extremely long shower and all the water is gone. It is quality made and definitely worth the price. It has a touchscreen that shows the settings and temperature of the water. This one is a 240V so if you are only wired for 110V it won't work. I would highly recommend this heater! It is a game changer.

This is an absolutely fantastic tankless water heater in my opinion! I already had a tankless water heater of a similar size that failed, and so this one was fairly simple to install as a replacement. For my particular application, it was just a matter of connecting the electrical and re-working the plumbing a little bit. I live in a warmer southern climate, and the unit does a great job of heating the water consistently and has been working great so far with no complaints. I really like the display on the front of the unit, and it is simple to make adjustments using the buttons under the display. To date, I am very happy with this product, so it receives my five star recommendation and blessing all the way!

The ECOTOUCH Tankless Electric Water Heater is amazing! It was easy to install, really easy to use, and it works great! It's so much better than my previous water heater. I live in an RV, and have always had to use as little hot water as possible, or I would run out, and have to wait for more to heat up. No more worrying about my shower getting cold with this tankless water heater - it gives an unlimited supply of hot water. It's well made, designed, and high quality. Definitely worth the price for the convenience. It has a display on the front with a touchscreen, it shows the settings/functions, temperature, etc. It comes with detailed, easy to understand, instructions in the box too. I'm very happy with this, and would highly recommend! Just a note: I'd be sure to follow the description, especially before purchasing, make sure you have the right space for it (measurements), power, etc.

I recently had our law office remodeled and added a bathroom in the office. Instead of buying a super expensive tankless water heater, I opted to get this under-sink water heater. Works great. Heats up water fairly quickly. I did have to hire a plumber and electrician to do the install since it's a 240V appliance -- that required changing the breaker to a dedicated circuit. But very happy with this.

These tankless water heaters are awesome. This one has a display on the front which is nice to have. These are primarily used for bathroom appliances like the sink or the shower. This one is being used for our shower and provides endless hot water. Took about an hour to install. You don't need to be a plumber to do this but you need to be careful and plan following the instructions included.
