This one was one that we were searching for because this one electric. It really heats up our water quickly and it was very easy to install with instructions. This one in particular is also digital which I believe is better because all the numbers are clear to see.

It is impossible to get started. Electric hot waters instant hot do not work as per what the plumber said.
